Strong complaint…đã gọi số hotline của app nhưng luôn không kết nối được với tổng đài. tìm phương án hoàn tiền lại không có. nên kết quả là tôi mất một ngày nghỉ phép năm để đi khám bệnh, tiền phí gửi xe vào bệnh viện, và phí khám đã chuyển cho app. Ai giải quyết vấn đề này cho tôi?!
YouMed — Đặt lịch khám online đã thanh toán nhưng không được khám Không biết app vận hành và bác sĩ mình đặt lịch khám online như nào, tới giờ mình không thể gọi cho bác trong khoảng 9-9h15 rồi sau đó kh có nút gọi nữa, và mình đã mất tiền và không được khám, phía app liên hệ với mình để giải quyết nhé
