About Bluon HVAC
Subscription for Unlimited Tech Support Access
Users are frustrated by the limitations imposed on model number lookups, which restrict access to essential resources and make the app feel nearly useless. They express a desire for a subscription model that would allow for unlimited access to tech support and lookups, rather than having to rely on a points system tied to parts transactions.
12 different people have complained about this since 23 Dec 2024, most recently on 14 Mar 2026.
“Flash forward to a year or two ago and its full of ads (Annoying but also understandable).”
“Would even pay for it as long as it's not overpriced.”
“I would pay a subscription for it but I imagine it is not as lucrative as the parts transactions.”

…ted out and raved about how it was a free service by techs for techs. Flash forward to a year or two ago and its full of ads (Annoying but also understandable). Flash forward to now and its no longer free to use more than 3 times a month. If your like most techs and rarely need it for diagrams just use google and…
Frustrated…e if they had a technician plan and would even have them verify that. Would even pay for it as long as it's not overpriced. No response. Sad companies become selfish and only care about profits and not helping the industry. Sorry but your business plan is backwards.
Too expensive…s transaction will only get passed on to the people buying the parts. I would pay a subscription for it but I imagine it is not as lucrative as the parts transactions. I can’t get parts because the company I work for won’t participate. Without tech support it’s an average app. Any manual you can get online by google.…
Would pay…e app becomes useless because you cant contact tech support for help. Would be nice if you could just pay for a subscription each month to be able to access tech help instead of placing orders for parts to accrue points. Like literally charging $10 a month would give the company close to $600k a year in profit…
…you aren’t able to do so (like me) then you’re kind of just screwed. I work at a small mom and pops place and it would be great if there was an option to purchase a subscription for unlimited lookups, etc. I would up my review rating but given that this app becomes a waste of space after the first 3 lookups.
