Even worse, on then manually navigating to the ticket referred to by the notification, it's not updated and an old cached copy is displayed, without the update it notified me about!

Their chat box does not work.

You still cannot merge tickets, but now you get to spend five minutes figuring out how to do the basic things you could do before in five seconds.

I'm unable to select "Task" as a ticket type.

Navigation often breaks-- like being unable to post a reply until you go in & out of a ticket because the button is grayed out, and unable to apply canned macro responses because images are blocked in the reply field.

I tried to use the WhatsApp api but this app has the worst integration, they sell a service and deliver a totally different thing, if you want any additional, you have to pay double for it!

Even after update to latest version can't change on-call setting EDIT: 3 years later, I have no idea how, ZenDesk managed yet again to keep it on the top of the worst apps I've ever had on my phone.
