It’s not working and when I try to sign in it won’t work I type it and then I click enter and it loads and when I go in to something diffent it work and then go back to it it doesn’t work

It’s easier to just use a browser

I am INCREDIBLY miffed with the quality of this app as of late. When I first downloaded it, it worked without demanding a subscription for everything, it let you import images and change the theme just fine. Now that I have to use it for work? Even so much as REFRESHING THE RESPONSES need to be PAID FOR. Worse? It offers you a defunct “watch an ad” option that fails to load an ad. In a similar vein, their feedback/bug report feature ALSO fails to function properly, registering my SEVERAL YEAR OLD EMAIL as “invalid” when I attempt to submit feedback. Just use your browser, because $6 a week, $60 a year, or $100 for your whole life isn’t worth the ability to scan questions and have ChatGPT write your forms for you. Google Forms is free.

Lame

Why does google suck so bad. It always puts me in this endless cycle of trying to log in. I put in my username and password and then tells me I need to scan the QR code on another device. Lame

Not google forms and highly lacking

This is not google forms and is severely lacking from the free and way better google forms. No way to contact for help and ridiculous cost structure.

DO NOT USE ON A MACBOOK!!

Every time I would write something to fill out a form it would delete the next hour! I had to fill out an application and it deleted when I was halfway through.

Intentionally deceiving

Thought I was downloading Forms not Form. Not hard to notice the nearly identical icon and name. Granted this fraud operation access to my google account. This is all intentionally misleading and Google needs to get involved here.

It’s a fraud to charge for free Google Forms features by recreating Google forms and charging for normal features.

Long Term Usage

After having over 200 responses, this app fails to load the responses we receive. It crashes and times out. If your form isn’t as busy, this could work for you, but unfortunately doesn’t have the capacity to load up forms. I unfortunately already renewed my subscription but will now have to download another app.

Misleading

It's extremely annoying how similar this interface is to Google Forms. This much similarity should be illegal because it's misleading. A lot of people will give all permissions, thinking that it's from Google just based on how similar these people made it to a Google product. I found it offensive.

Missing forms

My forms periodically delete themselves and i lose all my data and responses and its extremely stressful and frustrating

Scammed me

Tricked me into buying a 9 dollar a week for premium instead of a free trial when I clicked fon free trial when all I wanted to do was add pictures. (which is free on computer)

Absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. I was supposed to get a free trial thing for the premium but it won’t let me cancel it before it takes money out of my account. I don’t want it anymore I just wanted to see what it was all about. Now it’s going to take money out of my account because it won’t let me cancel it.

AVOID!!

You cannot do anything unless you upgrade to PRO, and you don’t find that out til after editing a whole form and spending ages on it!. Such a waste of time, grrr

Great app and functions as described

Love the options available and looks sleek and intuitive Dislike how intrusive the ad is to purchase the Pro version. Every time I open the app? That’s annoying..

Worst app ever

The app is filled with bugs and does not open a single form. Moreover they are charging you as plans as it’s a official google app

Won’t let me sign in

Can’t get past the sign in to my Google account. I get “something went wrong” with 2FA after selecting “yes it’s me” when prompted in the Gmail app.

Deceptive

This is not the actual Google Forms app (which lets you do everything FOR FREE). This is a clone of it, which has a deceptively similar icon and pays for placement at the top of the search results. This app does work—you can make a Google form and link it to your Google Drive—but has chosen a bizzarre set of features to place behind a paywall. For example, you can only refresh the responses in your Google Form once every 30 minutes, unless you pay for Pro. Meanwhile, in your Google Drive itself and on the real Google Forms app, you can obviously refresh whenever you want because refreshing your browser to read new data is an expected free functionality everywhere on the internet (except in this app, apparently). I honestly see zero reason why anyone would pay for this app, which does the same things as the free Google Forms app. I mean, you could even make/access a Google Form in Safari and it’ll have all features free as well. However, the app does technically work fine (except for the stuff hidden behind a paywall), so I’ll give it 2/5 stars instead of 1/5.

Downloaded this app to send a form. You would think this would be simple right? After Half an hour of waiting my time researching how to do this I still couldn’t send it. Almost every button tried to upgrade me to a paid version. I deleted the app and sent the form from my laptop.

Features

Hate that its selling out for features its google partners are giving out for free. I don’t mind seeing it make you pay for Chatgpt stuff and the premium features, but you shouldn’t have to pay just for a responses refresh or dark mode, or notifications when the website version lists all this for free without a free trial or demo

I have just been charged for a subscription for this app. I downloaded this app for a one time use to try it out and see if it fixed a problem I had encountered previously, it did not. As such I did not place my credit details nor agree to a subscription for this app, and Im finding it frustrating as I have not been informed of any charges until I checked my account nor is your platform assistive in communicating or liasing between consumer and company. I have no use for this app and however you placed me in a subscription was coercive and not upfront as I never once meant to sign up. As such I am unaware as to how I should go about asking for a refund which I do rightfully deserve considering I have used this app once and never intend on touching it again.

Not user friendly

Problem 1) when you check responses on the app, you can’t view who’s responded last. One has to scroll through entire list to see latest responses. To check individual responses also, one has to forward each response until they can see the last one. This is awful and such a waste of my time. Problem 2) can’t eliminate duplicates

Taking my money

Back in early August I decided to subscribe to google forms to create a fun form with friends, but only for one week. After that I stopped the subscription (or so I thought) and have gone until now (Sept 16) without realizing that this app has taken my money. I unsubscribed, but it somehow kept me on the plan, and I’m not sure how to get out of it.

Bogus subscription

Okay soooo, I have the app on my iPad + my phone — I subscribed on my iPad the monthly BUT I cannot have it on my phone even though I have shared purchases/subscriptions ? I would have to pay double ? That does NOT make sense especially if it is the same account . I love using the Forms so far BUT this ridiculousness of having to pay the subscriptions is not it 💯 so until someone fixes/corrects this, I will leave it as a 1 star

Great tool but no support for right to left languages

It is a great tool. I have used it personally and professionally. But unfortunately, lacks support for right to left languages such as arabic, without using addons that is.
