What you get
Issues, ranked by how many people hit them
Each app's complaints sorted into a short list of concrete issues — crashes on login, a broken export, a price rise — with the share of complainers behind each and whether it is growing.
Which version broke it
Complaints per app version, with the issue most reported against each release, so a bad update shows up as a spike.

Questions
- Where do the reviews come from?
- From public App Store and Google Play reviews of 229 apps — 30.5k complaints so far. Every row links back to the review on the store.
- Why only reviews of 3 stars or less?
- Because this is a record of complaints, not a rating. The star average of what is collected is therefore not the app's store rating and must not be read as one.
- How does watching a competitor's app work?
- Press Watch on the app's page. Every Monday your email lists, for each app you watch, the new complaints that week, how many people wrote them, and the two most telling ones. The free plan watches one app; Explorer up to 25.
- What if it is my own app?
- Claim its page for free: answer the complaints in a note every reader sees, get each week's new ones by email, and add a verified badge to your site.
- Does the plan renew automatically?
- No. Each purchase prepays 30 days and nothing is charged again; when it ends the account returns to the free plan.
