My last purchase was $30 of stickers. Stickers. That ended up almost triple the price because of shipping. That and their prices for clothes are now insane. It sucks when the best becomes the worst because of greed. I’m done with them.

don't download this app it's a scam, I've tried signing up for an account online and on the app and it won't let you create an account. I even asked friends to try to make sure it wasn't just me and they couldn't sign up either. you are meant to be able to get 25% off with signing up but they won't allow it but funny enough you can buy the stuff for full price and buy it as a guest!

Never on time

Every single time I’ve ordered off RedBubble, the date it arrives is at least a week later. So it’s about a month. This would be a little understandable if RedBubble made any of their products designs, but they don’t. Their entire job is to paste make and ship. Waiting a month for 5 stickers is ridiculous, again this is the least timely company online I’ve ever bought from. I recommend just buying a sticker machine or printer, RedBubble is not worth the hastle it gives you. It doesn’t even update when the shipping may arrive after it’s missed the date. It’s so aggravating I genuinely will not be using this app again once the stickers come

So much AI..

I’m disappointed.. I’ve used Redbubble on and off for a couple years now to buy stickers for fandoms I’m in.. I went to go buy some project Hail Mary stickers and like 80% of the stickers I’ve came across were designed with AI! You guys need to find a way to filter out people who use AI for their stickers 😒😒

Log in issues

I ordered some items online without downloading the app- but I still gave my email. Once I ordered the items, I went to get the app and create an account to check when my items would be delivered (since I couldn’t see that in the web browser) every time I go to make an account it says “unable to create an account, try again later” I’ve redownloaded the app multiple times to see if it was just a bug, but I still cannot make an account. The app seems like an easy way to buy from digital artists, but all of the malfunctions that the app has makes it hard to buy and use from.

Bought shirt that came with a stain cause apparently they have no quality control… They offered to send me another one or give me a coupon. I chose the coupon which then I used to make a purchase of around $20. The coupon was $47 so when I went to use it again it said it was expired. They never disclosed to me that their coupon could only be used once, only after I contacted them. If you refund me for $47 shouldn’t I get the full amount?… Anyway they didn’t care about making things right and just left me with an apology. Pathetic

Terrible App/Site Functionality

They desperately need to update the app. It is a pain to log in to. There’s not option to log in via the Google accounts saved to your phone, which is crazy because basically everything had that now. But whatever, not a huge deal. Except if you try to log in and you forget your password (or type it in wrong without realizing because the app does not allow the option to view your password after you type it), the app won’t tell you that is the reason, it will just say there was a problem, and to try again. If you change your password, you will not be able to sign in your account right away because of you tried more than one password it will say “too many password, slow down” (this is the site that says this. The app does not clarify at all that that is what’s wrong and I was worried I mistyped when resetting my password) It does not tell you how long to slow down for how long and even after waiting five minutes, a reasonable time for a password cool down, it will not let you sign in. It’s like the app activity does not want you signing in and buying stuff.

Great products, terrible return policy

I have ordered quite a few items through this app, and they have all been pretty great. Shirts, phone case cases, stickers, and cards. Not long ago, I ordered three phone cases. I used one for a while, and then I used the next one for a while, and then when it came time to use the third one, it didn’t fit my phone. I checked the order, and I had placed the order correctly. I then compared the two soft cases I had ordered, and one of them just did not match in size. I had failed to notice this upon original receipt. Unfortunately, I was a couple months outside of the 30 day limit for returns or exchanges. When I reached out to red bubble, they pointed to this as the reason for not rectifying the situation. I sent clear pictures showing the two soft cases were not the same size and they can check the order number to see that I ordered the exact same model. It’s just super disappointing when a company doesn’t take ownership of their mistake and hides behind a policy instead of making an exception for the sake of doing the right thing.

They don’t even make ANY design shirt you want anymore, due to copyrighting! 🙄 smh. I’ll never be able to reorder my “Deadly Sting : The Mercury Years” shirt again.. 🤯 Very disappointing 🥺😢😔

After selling on here for more than 10 years my 175 designs were removed with no warning or explination makes me so sad for so many reasons

I have loved using Redbubble in the past, but I can’t even look at my cart now. I've been checking for weeks. Deleting and redownloading, logging out, updating the app, nothing has worked. The app is unusable at this point.

Just use in a browser

This app is horrible. Unless you like seeing "aww snap" constantly as it fails and glitches. Just go to the website. The app is garbage.

No Updates!

Having trouble getting into my account it says “we’re having trouble, try again”…when buying items, after I select ‘checkout’ it says that no item is found in my cart. Come on, fix this!!!!

Awful to artists!

ridiculous fees, account tier system does not favor small artists, and you hardly get anything from sales. Not worth it at all!

Ain’t what it used to be

Purchased a couple dozen stickers after not using the app for a few years, had a bad experience. 1) The marketplace is now full of AI slop and no way to block the sellers pushing it, not to mention any path to throw them off the platform that used to be so artist-friendly. 2) Kiss cut stickers were not scored deeply enough, so it was a huge pain to peel most of them off. I’ve purchased many many products from redbubble in the past, but it looks like I will have to find a new place to buy cool stickers. It’s a shame that nothing lasts.

horrible organization

bought and placed order nov 25, got shipped out the 29th, was expected between dec 2nd and 8th, it’s the 12th and no word, and it’s for a present next week, it says out and expected for delivery but the tracking number they give doesn’t give you updates as it goes through facilities, just says shipped, and when trying to reach someone their whole customer service is ai response and i just get big paragraphs of words that don’t help the situation in the slightest. wouldn’t use to buy gifts for or especially for professional use

App is a complete mess of errors

I’ve never had any problems with products but now I can’t even buy anything without an error coming up. I can’t access my account settings without error. I can’t even submit a customer service request without an error coming up. I tried using the chat and when I said I can’t access my account settings or payment methods, it assumed I wanted to close my account and only gave me options to close or suspend my account.

Lied Repeatedly

They kept telling me my order was processed and on its way. I waited 3 weeks and in the end the order never made it. They didn’t even attempt to make it right. Horrible service.

Crashes on cart scroll

Terrible UI. Can’t purchase my cart because it keeps crashing every time I try to scroll down. I feel bad for the artists.

My package is 3 weeks late and for some reason my order number doesn’t work so I can’t receive help. My password doesn’t work and I’ve never changed it and I know I don’t have it wrong because I had it saved on the passwords app

Terrible for Artists- Don’t waste your time.

Do not start a shop with them. I worked on there diligently to add my work to their site and had 100+ designs before Redbubble decided that I must be “ai” since I upload semi-frequently. I attempted to appeal and was denied with no explanation despite proving my “innocence” through speed paints and hand drawn images. 3 years of work and 100 designs completely gone within an instant. Behind the scenes, I’d been uploading more frequently because I’d lost someone and the drawing was comforting to me, just to be told I’m not a real person. It was devastating. So yeah. Do not waste your time with them, they don’t care about you whatsoever.

Love the app I’ve been using it for years!

I love this app. The only problem I’m currently having is there seems to be a bug. When I’m on Apple iOS, iPhone, and I try to go to my account, it just continuously says there is an error to cancel or retry. I can’t click on my account or go to any of my settings. The rest of the app works completely fine

Useless

Downloaded so that I could purchase a few items, the app crashes every time I try to look at my cart. I can’t purchase anything because I can’t even get to the cart without the whole thing going down

Completely Broken

Absolutely broken and does not work, I don’t know why they’re still advertising for you to download it on the website for a coupon. You can’t log in, you can’t search for anything, you can even look at a single item. It’s just a blank slate with constant error pop ups.

I downloaded the app as a seller only to realize there have no tools or options for sellers on the app at all. Very annoying.

They Don’t Support Artists

I don’t even bother with Redbubble anymore. It’s no secret that Redbubble is going bankrupt. They recently increased their seller fees as stated in a recent report from Redbubble said, “As an artist in the Standard tier, a 50% fee will be deducted from your monthly earnings.” And this was for their Excess Markup fee,”This is a 50% fee charged on earnings above the 20% markup threshold.” On top of that, to “avoid” fees, you can pay a premium plan which is just paying the fees upfront. The app also doesn’t let you withdraw money until you meet a certain amount. As a result, this app is stealing from artists. I wouldn’t recommend using it for new and existing clients.

Doesn’t Work

There’s no way to upload art on the app. Everything is set out kinda weird and it’s hard to navigate and there’s no way to manage your profile. The website isn’t much better, but at least it (used to) let me upload my art. Now chrome just crashes every time I try to upload anything. Also, they allow ai (which means they’re ok with stolen work).

As an artist submitting to Redbubble I went through weeks and weeks of struggle with support trying to figure out why I was unable to upload art. Turns out you can't do it if you have the app. Even jf you try it through the web page. Never once did any of them tell me this was an issue. Nor did they have this info on their website. Now thats resolved, but Ive been trying for 6 months to get my store activated. NOBODY on their end can fix it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. There are many other platforms!

Too much AI art

Way too many AI images being sold. AI cannot create original ideas and therefore should not be sold online. Sellers should at least have to disclose that they used AI. There are real artists putting time and effort into their designs and I want to see their products first.
