This app is terrible and completely useless. It did not work as I expected and was not helpful at all. It advertised a 3-day free trial, but I was charged immediately instead of being given the trial period. I barely used the app and requested a refund, but the refund was not accepted. Very disappointing experience. Be very careful before subscribing. I definitely do not recommend this app.

i need an App that when I speak English the App translates to Spanish and then the other person can speak Spanish and the App automatically translates to English. This does not do that.

the product is decent but the weekly charge is a ripoff. by the time you realize you been paying for the subscription many weeks gone by. beware.

BEWARE!!!!

I accepted the 3 day trial which triggered the $40 purchase, which I promptly cancelled, and they wont refund. I wouldn’t care if it was a quality app but it isn’t.

I’m very disappointed

I wanted this app to give me text from a spoken script. It does not do that. The sign on said I had a free trail but I don’t. I’ve been charged for a year for something that I can’t use. It’s no different from the apps I already have

Horrible in Korean

App does a very poor job translating to Korean from English and vis versa. It either is a little wrong, or not even close wrong

It’s slow and the keyboard is slow also but not only that when it translate it leaves the original english text I cancelled

Limited language support

I’m in Norway and thought this app would be great for real time translating but a message came up when selecting Norwegian that only text was supported. Well Google Translate already does that and is free. No need for this app. Even though it says it supports Norwegian for voice to voice translation. Misleading to say the least.

Need improvement

The app didn’t translate properly in real time. It was slow and very delayed. You had to be in wifi or data zone at all times. It didn’t work for us. It could be a good app with improvements. I wouldn’t use again until after the changes.

How can you offer a translator that stops listening when the person pauses in a sentence? Might as well use google translate if you have to stop and start translating constantly

It’s just an app to take your money

And i downloaded it to see if it was any good. I opened it and it gave me 2 choices - 1. Sign in with my Apple ID or 2. Continue. I pressed continue where it gave me 3 options. 1. Free trial 2. £19.99 per year 3. £6.99 per week. I pressed 1.Free trial which changed Option 3. To 3 day trial and the £6.99 weekly. The screen went blank. Being suspicious I went to my Apple account and there was NO subscription listed for this app. No way for the app to take money from me. So of course the app will not give me three days free without a guarantee that they would get at least 1 weeks money from me (unless I read the small print saying you had to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of you period). I am so tired and fed up with the non transparency and downright dishonesty of some, a lot, of these apps which I have, at my cost, found out. This time NO I have learnt to be untrusting and suspicious and not lost anything. I have deleted the app and I will look for a more reputable app. What I dont understand is why? If an app is as good as it’s supposed to be, to actually give a free trial for free wouldn’t be a problem because people would want to keep it and, if not an outrageous price, willingly pay for it

No good for Thai language

When I speak English to Thai is often garbled and incomprehensible. Whe I speak Thai unless the tone is 100% accurate this app cannot infer the correct word from a sentence. Just listening word by word. Therefore seems to me there is no AI involved. I have tried on iPad and iPhone. What a waste of money

Cold and offensive translation and wrong.

I had a lovely card from a family member and what it translated it from German(Bavarian) old German to English. It came across cold and offensive.

Not what it seems

I’m not paying to get an app when I can’t see what languages it is able to translate it’s says 100+ but without paying you cannot see the full list! Deleted! Not happy, feel it’s a bit of a con.

French Accents

Accents in French are missing. Example: actions de grace, the accents aren’t written in. It should be written as: grâce and not grace

Confused by hype

I do not want this on my phone. It’s not what it claims and I cannot cancel without continuing to subscription!!!

Misbehaving

When I have Spanish speakers talk into the app it keeps saying 39# every four of five word, most annoying

Poor customer service and support

Almost felt like this app is designed to steal money. It said 3 days free trail and I got charged instantly and billed annual subscription fee. Customer service didn’t really care and they just pointed out it’s in apple’s hand. Unfortunately apple couldn’t help as I think it’s a known bug in the app that designed to mislead customers. Be careful

Not work

The voice translator does not work. It translates from Ukrainian to English with errors (#39) in almost every word. It also displays information that it cannot connect the pair. We ask the developers to remove this bug (#39) so that we can use this translator. This is consumer fraud, you take money and the product is faulty. Give me my money back.

I bought it for a year £19.99 but then on the front it said that you can text your friends or family members in a different language but u actually talk to Ai! I want my money back 1 star

British English

The translator does a great job with American English but has no British English. There are more countries in the world using British English than American English and, like it or not, all English in the world is originally derived from British English. So please add British English to the app.

No Arabic for keyboard

I thought this app would be great to speak to my Arabic family but Arabic isnt even an option on the keyboard, also I wasnt given a 7 day trial and was automatically charged $21.95 Australian without warning, very upset and I want a refund

This app is SCAM

Be careful there is no chance for testing it. You should pay first. 100% scam. Stay away from this app. However there is not free translator app in the market that works properly, but, most of the decent apps let you use for a while to test them and there a strong support team behind their service.

Daily Limit

When it works it does a decent translation but it often glitches and locks up. This morning when I went to use it for the first time today it said that I had reached my daily limit!!! What daily limit, is it zero as I had not used it today?!?
