UPS — This app is horrible I tried changing my delivery the last few days it would not let me in app or outside of the app the options were blocked out out all three day I tried to get my package but missed it and now it’s being returned to sender with still no other available options oh and the call center is useless

…FedEx because they move packages faster and even deliver on Saturday. Don’t recommend the UPS app or their delivery services.
Drive and Shop with Shipt — Delivery window I love doing shipt but I wish they were a little more lenient when only a couple minutes past the delivery window especially during winter and when having issues finding items/getting a hold of customer.
