Drive and Shop with Shipt — Glitchy and horrible support I’ve been working for this company for years and their support and infrastructure is so incredibly frustrating. If things go wrong, and they will go wrong, the support has no tools or knowledge on your issue. Half the time it is caused by Shipt itself. Other…
Frustrated…the middle of looking at items to shop for is getting a bit old too. I just don’t care for the layout of this app and my final complaint is the lack of clarity about whether you’re approaching a house, apartment, or townhome.
Missing feature…me. Message system still has too many issues. Support is hit or miss. All the other usual glitches; lagging, loading, scaning, and so forth. Had the same issues on many phones. Have had a similar reveiw update every other year.
Drive and Shop with Shipt — Technical support terrible I recently restored my phone and the app wouldn’t let me login, I’ve emailed and called support and the issue isn’t resolved after troubleshooting. Ive been a user for 3 yrs and havent had any issues until now.
Drive and Shop with Shipt — Support team The support team sucks. I always have an issue with the orders at least once a month. Every time they tell me to restart the app or my phone, when the issue is on their end.
