This app does work with shifts starting before midnight, creating a lot of pay errors

Too complicated

You got to navigate too much to get somewhere. Too many different things. not friendly when you want to look for anything.

Lazy Implementation

Only slightly better than a web app. UI is neglected and UX feels years outdated. I really wish push notifications for ‘Time Off Request was Approved’ would include for which day(s).

Cannot attach pictures.

I cannot attach pictures of receipts or include documents when creating an expense report on iPhone 17. It freezes the entire app and I have to force close. Got so mad tonight that I’m finally writing a review. App works mostly as intended otherwise. Have to log into workday on web to include pictures/ documents on expense reports.

worst program

workday is the worst program I have ever worked with, trying to navigate stuff on it to hire people with it, and the people that you have to talk to are terrible too. If you ever get fired from your job, might as well kiss your W-2s and all your information. goodbye, cause you’re not gonna be able to get to it so anything you need before your last day of work, make sure you print because you’re not gonna be able to see your W-2s, your pay stubs, nothing

Worst app ever

This has to be the worst app I’ve ever been forced to use. It never remembers me even though it asks EVERY SINGLE TIME. It logs me out of the app before I can press “clock out” even though I stay in the geo fence. It doesn’t even remember me being logged in even though I haven’t left the geo fence. Not to mention the UI was made by someone trained in the 90s and is not very user friendly. All of my coworkers hate it

Login doesn’t work

App doesn’t let me login in the . Every time I try to login it states there was an error processing my request . I am able to log in on the web version no problem .

I lost everything and can’t login anymore

Everything was there the app updated and now I can no longer log in. My boss doesn’t even know what happened or why

Everything is hidden and you waste time searching for it!

No job aids are available in ERP. Job aids are not complete. Everything is buried in multiple clicks. Poor wording to find what you really want.

Could be better

It works. But could be far more user friendly. It was difficult to find what I needed because they use different descriptions. For example to verify your time you have to look for “enter time manually.” My time has already been entered when I clock in and out. So y would I go to enter time when I just need to “verify” Always gives warning about holidays even when you work the holiday.

Log jam

Logging in is a big deal, and with this app it becomes very difficult and frustrating for the user having to keep creating new user names is a inconvenience for me

App is slow

Keeps freezing up and won’t let me make simple changes to my emergency contact. Also won’t let me add my bank information to get direct deposit.

I’m constantly getting timed out of pages and unable to bring up pay stub information.

I hate that in the mornings and when I leave, many times it takes 5 times to clock in and or out, and still can’t get clocked in or out so have to do it manually which I hate

Glitchy

I think this app is too glitchy. If you save your login for next time, it doesn’t save.

Worst app

Every big corp. app is awful. Nothing works correctly. It crashes randomly. I can’t even swipe out the app without it bugging out and can’t click anything. I despise any app by these companies they all suck.

Problems with app

The app sometimes does not work and when you try to punch in sometimes it doesn’t catch it and you miss a lot of work hours

Worst software on the market.

Whoever decided that this software would be perfect for every agency within the state of Oklahoma should be investigated for fraud or embezzlement. It is the most confusing bit of software on the market. It was sold as a good fit for every agency however it is specifically set up for Monday through Friday 8 to 5 employees only. When you have other employees whose job requires them to work outside of normal hours this program is a complete failure.

Keep getting logged out

Not even a month has passed and im already logged out. Again. You cant even reset your password because it keeps saying, “Unable to process request. Try again later.” But it never works. I have to go to HR every time this happens, and it happens a lot.

The app doesn’t work on iPad

Everything’s up-to-date iPad is up-to-date new iOS 27. It’s just stuck on the log one screen.

Sign in

The app is organized well but it signs you out constantly that’s the main flaw that annoys me I hate that even if I push “remember device” I have to sign in constantly

Glitchy

Works half the day and then will error out and says it took to long to loud and please try again later. Clocking and out is much more of a hassle

P*** Poor Support

I’m with a fairly well known national / local employer. Have been unable to get access after changing my phone number. Nobody where I work has a clue how to remedy the situation and workday have left zero clue how to speak to anyone from support with all displayed links in the app and the desktop version looping back to an error. If you work for an employer who champions this app, politely tell them thanks but no thanks. Devs, if you’re reading this, you seriously need to sort this out you morons.

I used to be able to use my pto to take time off, last time I did was 8/30/26. Now it won’t let me.

Trying to take my birthday off and it keeps coming up with loading screen errors on the app, when applying paid time off for my birthday.

Touch not working

Once prompted to sign in via native login or SSO. That page is entirely touch unresponsive. One star for not even getting a foundational part of an app to work correctly. Patiently waiting for an update to fix this major bug.

The worst

Super buggy. Never a smooth submission program. Today I had to click an odd link to enter due to an error with the app. It keeps getting worse and it seems almost designed to be problematic for people to submit their PTO quickly. As large of companies that use this, they get paid too much for it to be this inefficient.

It’s way over complicated, difficult to navigate, help and and search functions are less than useful.

It’s straight cheeks. Buggy and slow. Autofill feature gone. Horrible. Glad somebody’s pockets are filled with cash Meanwhile, this app is a pile of garbage

Continually forgets login and Face ID

This thing acts as though it has the builder to use Face ID or something similar. It continuously asks me to sign in to go through the rigmarole, despite its ability to actually recognize the device. In 2026 that’s considered junk.

Quit changing it!

Horrible version. Cannot find anything- cannot find how to take a vacation day. Go back to the last version or better yet the one before that and then leave it alone!

worst log in

worst App. u have to log in everytime you use.. it needs password, authentication app, confirmation from email/phone.. and once you move out from screen.. you have to redo it again and again.. if i there's negative start.. i'll put negative 5.. its a waste of time.. everyday i use it

Clocked me out

There was an update on the app that clocked me out of my shift and has no clock-in stamp. Very frustrating

Does not work

The initial launch screen comes up with a three splash screen welcome and the word “login” at the bottom of each. However, tapping login does nothing no matter which of the three are tried and you cannot proceed. Therefore, the app won’t allow for setup, and connection to your company’s platform. This is on an iPad Air with iOS 26.7.1.

This trash is broken

Why does it require authenticator? All it does is loop me endlessly. I have all my required info, i have my password. I should be able to log in and look at my documents. What is wrong with you people?

Horrible UI Since Recent updates

Get rid of the scroll wheel for entering times. Its slow and does not work correctly. Add feature to save hours for people entering the same hours week to week.

Time wheel

The time wheel is frustrating and tents to think your clocking out the next day with excessive hours trying to be recorded.

Terrible

Keeps requiring login and fails to hold connection. Very clunky. Failed to load your tenant. Please check the settings and try again.
