Poor image generation

Takes ages to generate an image, which then wasn’t very good. Can’t touch the competition (Copilot, ChatGPT etc)

Rip off. Can’t deliver the requested image after seven attempts but exhausts all my credits anyway

I gave Claude a simple task to build an image for a planned dining room. It built the same incorrect image seven times in a row, each time promising to fix the image per my full instructions. After the 7th try, my pro plan credits were exhausted and it wanted more money to continue. It was very apologetic, but that doesn’t help me.

Does not do what it says

It will not produce a video you are looking for and then rob u from your credits. Making it impossible to cancel. I my plan less than a minute gave a completely different video and used all my ai credits not worth the mony

$50/year, PLUS you have to purchase credits for everything you ask it to do. There’s no clear pricing chart for the credits and how much each task costs. It feels like a scam.

This app is HORRENDOUS.

They took my money with an automatic payment to Apple — so I thought I’d keep it since my refund wasn’t going through, but this AI is mediocre at best. Horrible data retrieval and it legit argues, gaslights and misleads you. Then paraphrases what you say and repeat it back like some sort of sarcastic analysis. When I tell you don’t waste your money or time, PLEASE DONT BUY THIS APP!! Get Claude or the Real Chat GPT app, this one is a COMPLETE DUD. This thing is seriously combative and it can’t do a simple search for public information like the weather or anything, it isn’t accurate and it has false reasoning and apologies on an endless loop. I asked it about court cases and ask for a thorough search, it says it didn’t find anything until I feed it the info. It only has minimal logic in HINDSIGHT. THEN just recently it started giving a “this goes against content policy” prompt when there’s nothing vulgar being asked or said. This app is more expensive than its worth.

I only wanted to try it for a week and I ended up getting charged $90 for a year. Thinking I was picking a weekly subscription that I would cancel right off the bat.

SO FAR. I have had the app less than 24 hours. I paid for the unlimited plan for the year ($40). Supposedly that covered everything. I could NEVER get the voice chat to work. Went through all my settings. Reset my phone. Re downloaded the app. Nothing worked. Then it told me “you’ve used all your voice chat for the day, try again in 24 hours.” I emailed support and did not receive a reply. That was the main reason I chose this app and now it won’t even work. Really disappointed so far. Hope it can be fixed.

This app is a fraud, they say free which is not true you get a free 3 day trial then you have to pay weekly for it and even for the trail they want your payment information before you can do anything. This is literally false advertisement saying it’s free then charging people for it. This company will end up being taken to court as false advertising is illegal

False presentation

You’re given the impression that when you purchase this app, which I’m glad I only did for one week, that when you create a video have to purchase credits and for one short video it’s 1000 credits or $9.99 and you don’t know whether that video is gonna be what you want so what if you don’t like that video and you wanna create that is exactly what you want. Do you have to pay a freaking 999 every time?? I don’t know because I’m deleting the app and discontinuing it without any further attempts. I could see now why most of these apps don’t give you one week free to test and see if it’s something you want because after your first run through and you find out how much the cost will be in the long run you’ve never purchase it. This was a waste of my $7.99.

I purchased a PRO subscription specifically to be able to edit photos, but I discovered that the functionality is limited by credits — they get used up even with a PRO subscription and aren’t replenished automatically. In other apps, similar photo editing is available for free. I consider the PRO subscription unjustified, and using this app impractical. Disappointed.

Barely started

I have barely started using it and it’s worth a run out of credits. It doesn’t follow the instructions when I give them to it. I sent a request requesting a refund and I get an automated email. Not worth it.

I was offered this app as free to download and later I found out that they signed up for 3 days free trial and I tried to cancel the subscription but there was no option, I sent request twice through support by opening tickets but no response yet and today they charged $12 plus. Never download this app, this is a scam company!!

This is the most wasted time and money with this chatbot assistant. I tried to generate images- it didn’t do anything, I started a conversation and asked a simple question the answer was incomplete. Then I started typing a new question in the text box but it bugged and couldn’t send. I want my money back! The app is broken

Why not a refund?

I wanted to create a video but I couldn’t. I requested refund to Apple but said the purchase was not elegible. I accepted that I accepted the free trial but I was not interested in renew or pay something because I used this app one time only. $7.99 gifted to Genie for a product I’m not using anymore and will not.

I hate this app, I subscribed to this app and it always showing that limits exceeded and asking for pro subscription. They are scammers. It’s not giving accurate answers and everytime when I ask something it’s giving inaccurate answers. I lost my 39.99$ by subscribing to this app. It my bad.
