…cently, my store decided to change apps. This app is HORRIBLE to use. It’s so confusing and I hate that it doesn’t show the amount of hours we get each week. I’m only able to see the current week on my time card. I wish we didn’t switch apps because the other one was so easy and simple to use.

FrustratedUKG Pro — Hard to use and missing basic scheduling options Call Late and Call Absent are buried behind tiny text and a nearly invisible dropdown. Bryte AI couldn’t even tell me where they were. There’s also no option to set a minimum rest period between shifts. These should be basic, easy-to-find scheduling features.
