…eleted the app. Re-added the app. Location is set always you name it. We have done every troubleshooting still does not resolve the issue. The kicker is they want to credit you five dollars. It should be worth more than that when you have to manually add in your employees time and with all the stress and frustration…
Strong complaintManual work…ficant changes in the last few months, it is no longer user-friendly. I find myself getting very frustrated with doing the most basic of tasks on this app now. App updates should make the end user’s life more easy. I will be requesting that our organization finds another platform that doesn’t make me cringe.
FrustratedQuickBooks Workforce — Was good, isn’t now. Used to be a flawless app, always worked when you needed it too, now your always going to be late clocking in and out because they updated it to make it a “better experience“ my coworkers and I have to restart the app over and over and over just to select a customer to clock…
Strong complaint…s sometimes for the app to open, and it will freeze up for no reason. I would never recommend anybody to use this app.
Strong complaint…t update, as everyone else reviewing states, the app no longer works. I can’t clock out or in, I can’t add timesheets, and my manager is too busy to be spending his time manually doing everyone’s timesheets. I called and the customer service was no help. Yes I’m on the latest version, yes I tried resetting the app…
