…ng in a username/password and WAITING for a one time code every time. I wanted to take thirty seconds to see my shift today, but I'd rather be uncertain about its time than waste my time checking on this app. Update: It got better for a month and that month of checking my schedule was lovely, but the latest update has…

UKG Pro — App is garbage — I could never log in without fully inputting pass code every time . The recent update won’t allow me to log in at all. The positive reviews on this app must be fake. The rating a few months back was mediocre, now it’s positive. I call B.S. this app only seems to be getting worse.

UKG Pro — Terrible app — It’s awful. You enable Face ID, but it still makes you type your password AND check email for a code. Why is 3-factor authentication forced on you, JUST to check your schedule? Come on. Also, change the clock buttons. There are way too many buttons. Employees can clock in or out multiple…

UKG Pro — Awful This app is terrible. It’s so slow and I used to be able to sign in no problem. It now continually says it can’t sign me in after the second verification.

UKG Pro — Confusing and needlessly complex The 5 star reviews must be manipulated because this app is horrible to use.
