…’ve used concur, Expensify, and certify. Certify is by far the worst. Expense reports are already a hassle, but this software is garbage. Hard to use, errors that don’t make any sense, and their own troubleshooting page references tools they don’t offer.
Strong complaintEmburse Professional — BHJK Clunky, time consuming and very frustrating system. Wish my company never opted for this! I can complete an expense report on paper 4 times faster than using this thing. Plus, they manage to break something with each update that was working previously.
FrustratedEmburse Professional — Terrible quality — Extremely slow and buggy. My manager kicked a report back to me to edit and it took 30 minutes for it to return to my drafts. And then Emburse wouldn’t allow me to delete an expense off of the report so I had to recreate the entire report just to have that particular receipt…
