The app crashes while attempting to scan orders, you’ll be dropped from routes even though you’re at the facility, the app will prevent you from completing drop offs because it doesn’t recognize you’re at the location.

When I tried to sign in with the previous credentials, they keep saying Im unable to sign in, even after I reset my password.
