Not very user friendly.

The app lacks its own mapping/navigation feature, so you are constantly having to switch between multiple apps in order to complete your deliveries. When you have 80 stops in a day, it’s too much switching back-and-forth and while you’re driving, so it doesn’t integrate safety into the app the way it could or should.

Worst company ever. Low pay. Terrible app. The employees are very rude. I do not recommend anyone drive for them. The app will mess up and cause you to lose time therefore lowering your low pay even more.

Needs improvement

First of all customer services slow when you need help I find any reason to take your level down so you gotta pay the cash out too many packages for not enough money and when you’re delivering into apartments, it’s a headache probably the worst at all delivery apps right now

Decent job. Awful app

I’ve been working with this app for about 2 years now, and recently I was suspended because of a customer complaint. That’s completely fair, nothing wrong with that. But after the investigation, they re-instated my account and said I can take routes again, but I’m still suspended on my end. Almost a week of trying to talk to someone about this and the most I got was a copy and pasted answer and radio silence from support, even after trying to open another ticket. The app is a mess, barely works most of the time, and if anything like a massive bug pops up, not a single person on support can really help, and getting into contact with the actual company is impossible.

They deactivated my account after tampering with route

I did my last route the app service was very bad that day causing me go back to residential areas to complete stop because app wasn’t functioning then I had a odd encounter with support I told them what was going on they kept asking the same questions like I was lying I called out racial profiling then the spammed the chat with manual steps this caused my metric to go down it was definitely out of retaliation I this get investigated very strange and not professional

They refuse to pay you

This app is awful. Awful pay long miles and i did one route and attempted to add my bank account to get paid and they never did any micro deposits. It’s been over a week and that’s the only option you have to get paid. Sooooo if you like doing free labor download this app

Not worth it

I thought it was a good job at first until I realized that they will often force you to waste time and not get paid for it. Often you may have packages that need returned to the warehouse and if you’re far away from it you have no choice but to drive all the way back or else you can’t get another route the next day. Also sometimes the stops are inaccurate on the map and will waste your time as well. Any package you don’t deliver is deducted from your pay no matter how much time you spent trying to deliver it.

Abuse of drivers

This app is doing the same thing as the others: it starts off paying well, but after a few days, it switches to an hourly rate where you’d earn the same—or even more—working in a factory. In a factory, you wouldn't have to wear out your car or pay the high fuel costs we face today. Furthermore, Veho uses a deceptive tactic where they offer you a route without telling you where you're going, how many stops there are, or how much you'll be paid. They claim they’ll provide those details before you head to the warehouse for pickup, but you only have a 90-minute window to cancel without it affecting your rating—which is impossible to utilize because they only release the details 30 minutes before your block starts, and canceling then hurts your chances of continuing to work with them. So, I see this as just another scam; New York authorities really ought to step in, since drivers' rights aren't being respected.

Abysmally disappointing

If you want to work for free and absolutely beat your car up then you found the app for you!! The rates are so disrespectful you’re better off just getting a McDonald’s jobs or anything else. Example $58 “3 hour” route with stops scattered so spread out that “3” is closer to 4.5-5 hours, has +50 packages that more often than not are bigger boxes so if no suv/truck you’re SOL. I could go on but if the pay was atleast was decent or very least matched all the miles you drive, then all the other issues wouldn’t matter.

They change start time and do nothing for the drivers

I had a route scheduled for 9:30 AM, by the time I got through the tolls fighting traffic all the way out to the area of Elkridge. They changed the time from 9:30 AM. Start time to 3 PM start time. Obviously I'm not gonna sit around and wait all day just for a route so I canceled giving the option now I'm sitting around in the area that took me forever to get out not even able to see any more routes because of something that was out of my control from Veho side is now restricting me from being able to move and make money, absolute horrible experience and I really hope they do something about compensating and changing their policies when it comes to ridiculous matters like.

Too many issues while making deliveries

The Veho app has a lot of room for improvement, especially for drivers using it while actively making deliveries. 1. Stop constantly requesting my location. The app should not keep asking for location access when I’m not actively using it. Location tracking should be limited to when it is actually needed. 2. Improve support for poor cell service. When the signal is weak or unavailable, the app should allow me to save my progress offline and continue working. Once the connection improves, it should automatically sync and complete any pending updates. Drivers should not be stuck because of temporary network issues. 3. Fix the map behavior. When I manually move or zoom the map to look at a specific area, the app frequently resets the map to another location. This is frustrating and makes navigation harder. The map should stay where I moved it unless I intentionally choose to recenter it. These improvements would make the app much more reliable and practical for drivers in real-world delivery conditions.

Missing 160 bucks

Did 3 routes first one paid . The last 2 bounced back out of my bank . And now they are sending it to a bank account of someone I have no idea who it belongs to .

Took a route today that said it would take 5 hours to deliver 52 packages. By the time I was done with the route, it had been 7 and a half hours and they only paid me $100 for that that work which is ridiculous. Basically $60 after the $40 I spent on gas afterwards. Not to mention their incredibly laggy app after you deliver 5 packages.

Poor Management and Customer Service

This review is for the Veho station located at 13000 Oakland Park Blvd, Highland Park, MI 48203. The manager at this location is not helpful or cooperative with drivers. Communication is poor, and when drivers need assistance, it is very difficult to get support. I hope Veho improves the management and the way drivers are treated at this location.

Don’t do it

It’s horrible first off you will never get your money in time EVER second the tech is sooo messed up always glitching and sending you the wrong way they don’t pay for their mistakes and on top of that a couple ppl said they didn’t get their package and I took pics of delivery and address and they still counted it against me today I went over 150 miles they had me in three different city’s for 70 bucks absolutely not worth it

Lacks Transparency

One of my biggest concerns is the lack of transparency in the offer and route information before accepting a route. The warehouse location does not always seem well aligned with the geographic area covered by the routes. Drivers can be sent a significant distance from the warehouse and then expected to cover a large service area, sometimes with 80+ packages, for approximately $110–$130. The additional mileage, drive time, fuel costs, and overall route length can make these offers considerably less attractive than they initially appear. The offer-claim process also feels too “blind.” Before accepting, the app provides a general price range and a highlighted service area, but it does not clearly show the actual number of stops or the full geographic extent of the route. The live offer can also end up being lower than the advertised range shown earlier in the evening. Once the offer is accepted, drivers may then see that the route includes substantially more stops and covers a much larger area than was apparent when claiming it. For example, an offer may appear to cover a relatively concentrated area with a reasonable number of stops, but after accepting, the actual route can extend much farther and include significantly more stops than the map initially communicated. I understand that routes can change based on demand and package volume, but drivers need enough accurate information before committing to make an informed decision. It would be helpful if Veho could provide the actual pay, estimated number of stops/packages, and a more accurate representation of the route’s geographic coverage before the offer is claimed. If those details cannot be finalized beforehand, there should at least be clearer disclosure that the displayed information is subject to substantial changes. I enjoy the flexibility of driving with Veho, but greater transparency around compensation, package volume, and route distance would make the experience much more sustainable and would help drivers make informed decisions about which offers are worth accepting.

Disorganized & Rude

Since the beginning of, I have had an issue with this app. This is coming from someone who has door-dashed for close to 6 years. I’m a platinum driver. They will penalize you for being late, despite having to wait in line at the warehouse for hours. Long lines & waiting for your carts. Secondly, it’s DANGEROUS. Inside the warehouse, carts are everywhere, people don’t speak nor read English, so they can’t properly navigate within with facility. Nearly two people almost hit my vehicle. I have video footage! Customer services is EXTREMELY RUDE. They talk to you as if you’re beneath them. I wish we could upload pictures here. I’ll just post them on google.

Unexpected time change

I selected a route for 10 am so it’s fits my schedule and last minute before you can cancel without penalty Veho changes my time for a later arrival messing up my whole day planned out. They do not give you a notification or alerts letting you know your time changed. This is by far the worse thing this app has ever done. Amazon flex and other delivery services are way better than this unprofessional company that has no consideration for their drivers

I have been trying to sign up as a driver for coming up on a year now. I keep getting automated emails as responses to my help tickets, and no humans will assist me in getting my account verified. I tried to sign up again but the app said I already had an account. When I tried to sign in with the previous credentials, they keep saying Im unable to sign in, even after I reset my password.

Constant app issues

Veho can be a great platform when everything works correctly, but lately the app has been extremely frustrating. The biggest issue is the “ghost route” problem. Routes appear to be unavailable or already taken, but the app does not seem to accurately update route availability in real time. This makes it difficult to tell whether routes are actually gone or if it’s simply an app issue. What makes it even more frustrating is dealing with customer support afterward. The responses often feel like copy-and-paste or AI-generated answers rather than someone actually investigating the specific issue. I keep receiving the same basic troubleshooting suggestions, even when the problem clearly involves route availability and the app not updating properly. I’m not looking for a generic response—I need someone to actually look into what is happening. I’ve had good experiences with Veho in the past, which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1. When the app works properly, the routes can be worthwhile. But the ongoing ghost-route issue and lack of meaningful support make it difficult to rely on the platform. I really hope Veho addresses the app’s route availability/update issues and improves customer support so drivers can get actual answers instead of automated-sounding responses.

Great company, but the app desperately needs stability fixes

I love delivering for Veho, but using the driver app has become a frustrating daily battle. The UI is plagued by severe rendering bugs frequently, when switching back from navigation, various interface elements shift into random, incorrect spots on the screen, making it nearly impossible to work efficiently. Furthermore, core features are broken: despite being a Pro driver, I never see available schedules pop up even though I receive notifications for them. Chatting with support is equally cumbersome, requiring me to constantly close and reopen the app just to make new messages appear in the thread so I can reply. The bugs make a fast-paced route much harder than it needs to be. Veho is a great platform, but the app needs serious maintenance and quality control. Please do better, team!

Other gig works is way better

There is no support the support they offer is in the app and you have to message them, no way to get a live person on the phone, routes are estimated to be 3-1/2 to 4 hours and always are more then that average about 7-8 hours really after gas you coat yourself money. Worst part of it all is the staff at the warehouses you pick up from, rude and unaccommodating to say the least

Fix the App

As of last update, won’t even load past the initial screen when you open the app. Those routes will continue to sit no matter how many push notifications you send out. Also, the whole app sucks the life outta your phone 🤦‍♂️

That work was terrible. They tell that the job will take 4 hours but took 9:30. There are a lot of apartments. We have to enter in the buildings, track down each apartment. And carry a bunch of big boxes. It was pretty tough.

Don’t waste your time

I delivered a package to a homeowner and he told me that I shouldn’t go through his gate because people like me would get shot.. I’m a black women. I reported this to support and they froze my account to do an investigation and I have been unable to work with them. I’m still waiting for the investigation to be finished and it’s been more than a week and a half. Every time I ask support, what’s the status of the investigation so I could go back into working they don’t answer me. I have bills to pay.

This company is becoming a bigger joke than the rest of them in the industry. It’s run by children! Any issues are always placed on the delivery driver in the end. Example;!a spoiled food box was so falling apart that it could not be delivered so I t was brought to the attention to the operations manager which the removal of package from the route was completed and the package was tossed in n the dumpster and posted as sewer damaged product but yet my rating took a hit because it was not being delivered, what a joke! Also I picked a route but decided it t did not pay enough for the drive time so because I rid the route with over an hour until time log. my rating is dropped 5% , what a joke!!! These people have been lowballing offers for the past 6 months it’s a joke to want to deliver for them. They seriously need to be sued for what they’re doing, deducting money when a package is not being able to deliver- the deducting money from a drivers rating. I may just get a lawyer. This company has turned to charge an in the last year of working for them. Advice document everything as a backup, from photos to conversations . They will lie and contradict every thing they speak to lie about rules or statements made by the company. This is worse than Amazon flex! And it’s basically flex because their using the same platform, same system as flex is run through amazons platform. I am surprised they have not went under but give it time they seem to blow through tons of drivers every time they turn around not learned no from mistakes but continuing their same mistakes over and over! These people are really dumb people!

The distribution of work is awful

I signed up, was approved, and haven’t been able to start due to the war for routes. They claim “popular routes” are taking in less than 2 minutes when that is a confusing claim. All “opportunities” are gone immediately. Talking less than 5 seconds. I am questioning how they are actually handling the app and distribution against new drivers, amount of drivers onboarded, and new drivers.

Increase the pay

Veho is a great way to earn some money in the side as long as you have a reliable car. Plus this fits my schedule for the weekends perfectly. However, there are still some things that could be better. I wish Veho would require customers to indicate whether their delivery address is a business. If so, they should be required to provide hours of operation and specify whether they are closed on weekends. This would help prevent drivers from being sent to closed locations and reduce wasted time and effort. Another thing, i do like the recent changes in the app but even that could be fixed too. Drivers should be able to see the number of packages on a route before accepting it. This transparency would allow drivers to make informed decisions and help ensure fair compensation. The highest pay I’ve seen is $134. But most of the pay ranges goes from $108–$121, which is too low for routes with over 90 packages that take 6–7 hours to complete. That’s not factoring having to drive over an hr to the locations to do the deliveries. Additionally, deducting pay for undeliverable packages due to closed businesses or not having gate codes that the customers did not provide—issues outside the driver’s control—is discouraging and negatively impacts morale. This practice feels punitive and unfair to drivers who are still investing significant time, effort, and vehicle expenses. Lastly, it would be great if the agents would be more helpful in assisting with an issue with delivering. It does not seem like they read what you’re asking because their go to response is always take it back to the warehouse.
