Doesn’t work at all on IOS 26

Been using this app for 2FA for years. Upgraded my phone to IOS 26 due to security updates no longer being available for IOS 18 and it turns out this app no longer works on IOS 26. It just shows a blank screen. I lost all my tokens which sucks.

I lost my old phone and I’m trying to login my old account(iCloud ) on new phone and there’s no option to do that

Cannot be moved to new device

Don’t use this Authenticator if you ever foresee a future in which you have to move to a new iPhone. The existing install cannot be moved to a new phone and all tokens will need to be manually recreated. All other authentication apps do this via a simple QR code, this one is hours of manual transfer work. Absolute garbage.

No support responce

Transferred to new phone and lost all codes. I can’t get into anything.

Codes unable to be recovered

This App has failed to restore ALL authentication codes on new iPhone from previous backup. All codes failed to load. Now unable to log into Facebook and many other Apps due to this Authenticator App loading EMPTY! No support available. Do not trust!

Is this app still being supported?

Downloaded iOS 17 & my Authenticator account is gone, with no option to load a back up.. last updates 4yesrs ago, is this a lost cause?

Lost my old phone

So when I lost my old phone I couldn’t transfer any of my stuff there for I’ve been locked out of my rockstar account because I can’t gain access to the code

Do Not Use - Impossible to Move to a New Device

The app, while seemingly simple to use, lacks the ability to switch devices at all. If you plan to upgrade your device ever, don’t use this app.

I lost my phone and couldn't get all my Instagram because this app don't have logins

No backup

This app should have an account ,like a gmail and passcode incase someone loses phone ,my phone is lost but the fact is that apps I use authenticator code for can not be accessed again, and no way on earth to login without the code

No longer gives valid codes

This app worked fine for a while but now every time I try to login to any site and use a code from this authenticator; the site will tell me the code is invalid. I'm using codes that haven't ran out of time. Codes I got because I scan the QR code to implement them into this app. Backup codes work for the sites but no codes coming out of the app are valid. Had to deactivate all my 2fa because I can't use the codes. Not sure what went wrong but now I have to look for a new app.

It’s easy to use however It is missing on how to migrate the tokens to a new phone

It’s easy to use however It is missing information (step by step process) on how to migrate the tokens to a new phone and also how to migrate to another Authenticator if needed, I saw issues that has been reported about this same situation however I do not see a clear answer , I am afraid of losing my phone or even change it as I am not sure how to get the codes on another device.

I got a new phone, backed up the app and everything and when I turned the new phone I lost all of the codes. It could be my fault but at the same time wow.. the fact that the app just so easily let go of all of the critical info is nuts. Never again.

2 step authenticator

This app does not help us get back on our Amazon account. When we finally think we have figured it out. Was locked out for someone trying to get in it. Which would be us Melody

The app worked fine until it updated. All accounts gone. That shouldn’t happen when an app updates. I’ll be switching to a Yubikey.

My authentication code don’t work

Idk what happened but right after using the authentication code for discord it does not work at all I can’t login whatsoever

Too easy to accidentally delete the token!

I can’t recover the code, accidentally deleted the token and can’t login into my Coinbase!!! So frustrating, not recommended!!!!

Replaced my phone

So I just got my new iPhone after my other was broken beyond repair. All the authorization codes are gone and I’m locked out of most accounts that are vital to my day to day work..what now ?

Lacks EA Origin Support

Does not appear to support EA Origin (invalid token error). Although Origin supports Google Auth. App Touch ID support would be a bonus. Works as advertised otherwise and it's quick. Keep up the support!
