Mailchimp Email Marketing: Access issues with app security settings

…cently, however, when I go to use it on this app I can’t even log in. If I go to a web browser it is no problem, but it is quite frustrating when I can’t use something that is supposed to make this process easier….
Frustrated…d up via google email you will no be able to login on the mobile app. Ridiculous that I pay for this and can’t even access without a computer.
Would pay…ssage. Logging in via my laptop with the same password is no problem. I even set up the extra security and still no success....
Mailchimp Email Marketing — Unable to login. Error unhelpful. — Stuck at “you need to verify on desktop” at every login attempt. After several days I just deleted the app. Account was active and able to send campaigns. There was no two-factor authentication present. No login warnings appeared on desktop. 🤷🏻♂️
Mailchimp Email Marketing — No access to Google Login I signed up via Google Login, and the app has no access to login via Google so cannot use it. Love mailchimp otherwise, but the app becomes useless without this feature.

Questions about this idea
- Is Access issues with app security settings a startup idea?
- Not directly. These are complaints about a product or service people already use, and the fix belongs first to that provider. The page shows what is frustrating users and how badly — not an open market to start a company in.
- How many people have this problem?
- 7 different people described it independently, in 7 mentions, the earliest from 03 Mar 2020 and the most recent from 30 Mar 2026. The quotes, with dates and links to the originals, are in the Evidence section.
- Is this problem getting worse?
- Status: quiet — no new posts in the last 60 days. 0 people raised it in the last 30 days and 0 in the 30 days before; the status compares its share of everything collected from the same source, so collecting more or less cannot create a trend.
