Would be better if we could stay logged in! I have to login several times a day and it’s frustrating. UPDATE: Still logging me out but now I have to delete and redownload the app every time I need to login. PLZZZZ FIX THIS!

Location of visitor missing

Since this recent update, we are no longer see a pop up notification from the mobile app to show the location of the visitor. If the visitor remains on the page, and we go into the app, we can see their location so it’s clearly not being blocked by the visitors and there is a problem with Wix

New update is AWFUL

I’ve used Wix for a few years and it was very easy and user friendly. They’ve updated it and it is now over-complicated and many tasks like reducing the price of an item needs to be done from desktop which I don’t have. It is no longer a user friendly mobile app I’m afraid. I am considering leaving

Impossible to refund

Kept charging my account. I’ve spent over $300 unknowingly being charged because they make it so difficult to cancel anything on here. Such a scam.

Simple features still aren’t here

Still no copy button next to a customers phone number in their order screen. When I’m driving around the city delivering orders all day and have to text customers ETA’s frequently, it’s incredibly annoying to have to navigate into their profile and scroll all the way to the bottom and manually highlight and copy or memorize their number everytime. Please make things like this easier Also, in “all products” the sort has almost no options. All my products are completely randomized with no option to sort them by “date created” or anything relevant. I have to dig thru hundreds of products and look carefully to be able to find my most recent products. This shouldn’t happen and it didn’t used to. Also when editing variants of a product, the endless amount of “save”’s you have to click to get out, except it’s so tiny in the corner and sometimes they’re greyed out… products or updates frequently don’t even save. UI/UX nightmare still after 6+ years of using Wix they don’t seem to use their own app very much or these problems would have been addressed ages ago.

Log in issues!

I have to uninstall and re-download the app every single day when I want to login every time I go to Login. I don’t get notifications when somebody sends me a message or ask about an inquiry. I don’t get anything. I can get it on my computer perfectly fine. The mobile app sucks. I have to continuously uninstall and re-downloaded every time I want to Login. I am on my phone more than I am on my computer so I get more done on my phone than my computer because I’m constantly on the go. This app is very inconvenient. Why am I paying for my website if I can’t even use the app!?

New update is complete rubbish app crashes everytime you try edit your products , and the way you put your products in is so hard and confusing , you now can’t link your product to your option of product please go back to to the last update because this one is horrible and is making me think of changing platforms of not resolved

Completely useless

Completely useless app, it says you can’t edit unless you go to the website online so I do not see what is the purpose of this app besides to waste a download.

Fix now please

Bugs bugs bugs. Since last month I’ve been unable to duplicate an invoice change items within it as the save button disappears. So anything I edit just reverts back. It works on the computer but not the app. I’ve used this system for 2 plus years and never had this problem. Please sort asap.

Buggy

Every time I want to upload a blog post on my restaurant website it inconsistently loads. It always throws an error. Need to be fixed. Pc version is good just not phone

App doesn’t load

The app doesn’t load anything I’m stuck on the loading screen for so long and when it does it stays blank doesn’t show any info

You said I was buying a domain. You didn’t say that I had to pay hundreds of dollars a year for a site I don’t need to be able to use it.

Insane

I spent 3 hours designing an app in Spaces through the Wix app(because these people don’t let you do anything in one app) just for it to not save the site I’ve been working on. If I could sue for wasted time, I would. After hours of frustration with an already terrible app and then they go deleting what I’ve worked on, I’m never using a Wix product again

Bunch of thieves

Stay far away from these guys. They take peoples money and then don’t provide a service. You fall on hard times and cancel the website and their responses is “ Oh, you have 2.5 years left on the play and paid $800 hmm. To bad, our money”. And I actually thought that I might come back to them never gonna happen. Horrible!

Doesn’t load

The app almost never loads and if it does, it takes a very long time. Terrible app to use.

Many bugs

I like that this is an app on the phone, and I like that I can add blog posts and update products. However the edit website does not work, it immediately goes to a blank white screen and you can’t do anything and have to restart the app. And it’s stupid that you cannot make links on the product pages itself, you have to go to the main desktop editor to turn those text links into actual clickable links.

Barely works

I have this app on both iOS and Android android, if you want to see your blog analytics you will instead be greeted with errors. App not much use. Over 1 year same errors. WIX get it sorted.

Horrible time suck

This app is the worst at uploading pictures, it crashes and I tried about 5 times then gave up. They need to fix this. And I have a great internet connection. I hate this app

Screen flashes are annoying!

Every time I open the app, the screen flashes white for a split second and then the app opens. I noticed in the Spaces by Wix. It’s doing this too. I don’t know whether they are updating the app to keep it synced to the latest updates with Apple iPhone but I am sick of being blinded by the damn screen flash! NOT ONLY THAT… When responding to some clients they aren’t even seeing the replies through the smart chat! This is losing us customers because they think we are ignoring them!

Frustrating

App chooses when it wants to work, which is barely ever. I try to restart it and it never loads any pages, stays on opening page for hours……Update months later….. I never leave review but I literally had to come back and make sure I left a review because this app is so inconvenient and slow and again very frustrating. I tell my boss to switch over to a new booking site all the time but unfortunately I have to use this app. I have no idea how they have so many 5 starts gots to be fake. Everyone I’ve mentioned this app too has nothing but complaints.

App won't open

I haven't been able to open the app on my phone for the past few weeks. I even deleted it from my phone and reinstalled it and I still can't open it. Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem. The app is usually pretty good. I've been using it for about seven years.

These vultures use tricks to steal your $

Yes there are good aspects to the processes this app offers. Much of what it does can prove productive. The issue is the hidden agreements when going to the site or sites. A slider you do not give a second glance to becomes a charge they run and then good luck getting ANYONE to communicate with you. A $220 per year got a $630 raise and I was AUTOMATICALLY charged $850 because an auto renew was selected. These vultures do all they can to obscure. Check the Better Business Bureau and the number of unresolved or complaints they have ignored — many for hundreds and even over $1,000. The app is their gateway. BEWARE!!!

Broken

The app has been broken for weeks now. Had to use Ai to work around. No where available to submit another ticket.

Useless unless you own a desktop PC

In 2026, the fact I can’t design a website from my phone is shocking. The only way to design a site with Wix is through a desktop browser. The app is just a way to view basic analytics, with no real function.

Awful app!

Have been using Wix and their app for 4 Years. In the last two or three months the app has become unusable. Slow, unresponsive and some features removed meaning you can’t even share a link to a form with customers. Really poor.

Horrible, Moves slow, can’t do anything on here always states “need a desktop,” if I need a desktop for everything then what is the point of the app? Moves very slow.

Will never be using Wix in the future again

Read all the policies and if you want to cancel something cancel it asap or else 90% of the time you will not get a refund even if the charged just happened.

Horrible no tiene todo lo de escritorio

Para que Wix de creador de sitio web para iPad, si no tiene toda la funcionalidades que tiene de PC, intento buscar cómo crear mi página web y no me sale nada es horrible es asqueroso para que hacen esta babosada quiero crear mi propia página web, y esta cosa no me sirve para nada, no tiene nada, no hay tomar y arrastrar sólo me aparece una tonterías que no sé para qué sirven no hagan esas aplicaciones y no sirve uno quiere crear su página web en su iPad, y esto no sirve.

This app is for managing a site. You cannot do any actual “WEBSITE BUILDING.”

So slow and laggy

I like the app itself but it takes me an hour to even get a single screen to open. It’s SO SLOW that it actually becomes less efficient to even use the app.

Good but annoying

I'd love this app more if it didn't hit me with random and repetitive congratulations every time I open it. I'm a grown up now and don't need moral support from a bit of software, thanks.

Good features bad staff

Website builder easy enough to use and maintain your site but staff are horrible at helping with anything or getting back to you at all beware they don’t like to chase things up properly

Waste of time!

I have wasted hours just trying to see the website I created yesterday. The chat help is useless; I am now going to try to get my money back & find a better website builder. The ONLY thing that works on Wix is the payment - they are great at taking your money!

Needs to be fixed

When trying to duplicate a blog post over the last week (or more), I receive the error message “There was a technical issue, we're working on it. Try again later.”

Super frustrated

It is super frustrating that the app keeps changing. Why can’t I see what my payouts are from the app anymore? Why can’t I see what my payments per day were/are anymore? These are the main things I use the app for. Why??????
