Wix - Website Builder — Think twice before choosing WIX Their website configuration studio user experience is painful. Their AI is not helpful. Their support is nonexistent. They only give you 14 days to cancel a 1 year commitment. I regret choosing WIX but I’m stuck for 10 more months. I’m dreading having to keep…
Strong complaint…erson to talk to, you have to try and communicate with their AI bots. Could not get a refund, so I charged back on paypal. They canceled my website, fair, but then paypal sided with them. So, now I’m without a website and my money. Bad business practices. Do not use! Use squarespace or some other website host.
Wix - Website Builder — Terrible customer service, they are scams They scam you out of your money, and have a terrible customer service team when you try to deal with the situation. They constantly upcharge, overcharge, and refuse to refund. They automatically turn on auto renewals on accounts and randomly change…
…onses is “ Oh, you have 2.5 years left on the play and paid $800 hmm. To bad, our money”. And I actually thought that I might come back to them never gonna happen. Horrible!
…my subscription after realizing they increased fees by 33% in a year. When I reached out to their customer service, an agent pretended to be human but gave exactly the same responses as AI, was rude and took a long time to respond. I’d rather do my own coding to build a website than give this company any more money.
