Stripe Dashboard: Delayed payouts, high fees, and lack of support
Users experience significant frustration with the platform's slow payout processing times, which can take up to 14 days for initial transactions. This delay in accessing funds is compounded by poor customer service and a lack of accessible support channels to resolve payment concerns.
9 different people have complained about this since 11 Mar 2025, most recently on 22 Oct 2026. 1 of them in the last 30 days.
- “They may u wait 7 to 14 days for your first payout so if they are currently holding $583 of my money even after charging me $17 if your new business and cant afford a delay like this donot authorize any large payouts…”
- “Their customer service is awful and it seems like it takes them two weeks to process any amount of money.”
- “Stripe Dashboard — Total rip off and slow.”

Questions about this idea
- Is Delayed payouts, high fees, and lack of support a startup idea?
- Not directly. These are complaints about a product or service people already use, and the fix belongs first to that provider. The page shows what is frustrating users and how badly — not an open market to start a company in.
- How many people have this problem?
- 9 different people described it independently, in 9 mentions, the earliest from 11 Mar 2025 and the most recent from 22 Oct 2026. The quotes, with dates and links to the originals, are in the Evidence section.
- Is this problem getting worse?
- Status: steady — no change the counts can show. 1 people raised it in the last 30 days and 0 in the 30 days before; the status compares its share of everything collected from the same source, so collecting more or less cannot create a trend.
