MyBlock: Tax Docs & Refund — Tech support is terrible! There is a system glitch that would increase my tax liability by several thousand dollars if I didn’t catch it. Three chats and a phone call later no one is able to help, they just tell you to delete your entries and start over, which does not resolve the issue.
