Support had me uninstall and reinstall the app twice which didn’t work, then told me it was an issue that was being investigated, then told me it was an issue with iOS users. When I informed them that my fiance has an iOS device and cashed out…

Homebase: Employee Scheduling — Used to be great. Homebase had gone downhill. The availability function works only when it wants to. Switching locations works if you cross your fingers. The cashout integration hasn’t worked on iPhones in 2 weeks and support ghosts you. Started my trial with another app.

Homebase: Employee Scheduling — Poor connection quality This app is ok. But the feature to cash out is amazing but….. it has NOT BEEN WORKING. Contacted support and they say it’s on Apple phones, the androids are working fine. I need my money… now! Fix it!
