Most common problem is a blank white loading screen when first logging in which never loads. The only fix for this i have found is to reinstall the app when it happens every couple of days. Next most annoying trait is the geofencing feature. While I realise this may have more to do with my company than UKG, I have to walk out of my office and up one flight of steps to the next floor to punch in. I also cannot punch in on the company computer in my office for the same reason of the geofence settings. In a final humorous twist, a cute little link to leave feedback to “improve your experience while using the app” always goes to a blank white loading screen, which I find the utmost height of irony. Not to mention the app is offering shifts trades for other departments at work that it shouldn't be if the individual isn't trained in that department. There is also the issue of calling out vs calling out late. Apparently if someone calls out late, they have to make some weird calculation, and it shows up to HR as a call off. If someone calls out late through the app, HR has no way of knowing that the person is coming in at a later time. This is the most tedious-to-use app and if I could I would use ANYTHING else.
