Used to be legit, now a scam

I’ve been using this app for years and used to love it. For the past year or so, however, it’s been a complete scam. You can amass all the cash and bitcoin you want on the app, but you will NEVER get it. All withdrawals stay stuck in the app, and the company never responds to support tickets. They simply steal your data and money. In the beginning, they actually used to be legit; they’re not anymore. BEWARE!

Rip off

Have a lolli account but apparently cannot access the account. Before they made changes I ordered at Temu through Lolli didn’t get One item in my order but can’t even request a refund because I’m unable to log in.

Scam!

This app is a scam! You will NEVER get your money from them!! They keep changing their payouts, they use a junk bitcoin app to cash out to, and it requires a minimum of 1 million sats to withdraw!! Customer service is a joke. Always saying things will be getting better and they get worse. Not worth the time or effort!! DO NOT USE!!!

Impossible to withdraw

They claim to support Lightning Network for withdrawing. Doesn’t work with NiceHash as advertised in their help pages. Support was unsupportive. They offer conversion to USD. Did that (without them confirming before committing) and now it’s stuck in a dead end of no way to move from there. In addition, daily sats now requires a credit card. Done, but the linking fails every time. Such a scam!

Forced to share credit card

Lolli was wonderful until they were acquired. Since then, awful user experience, went almost a year without being able to withdraw funds and now you are forced to share your credit card info with them if you want to continue earning rewards. Good luck with your greed, I’ll be withdrawing my sats, asap.

Never Ending Story

Been using this app for years, however, now they require connecting a credit card simply to have access to the most basic functions of the app. You cannot transfer your earnings any longer, so it’s just stuck in your account. Even at that, I was only earning maybe $5 per year logging in every day and scanning receipts when I had them. This app is not even worth downloading anymore. Plenty of other similar apps. Don’t waste your time with this one.

Another withdrawal and another contact to support

Every time you try and withdrawal it seems there a problem. Tons of unfulfilled or pending rewards from as far back as Sept 2022 (it’s now May 2023). Support is always days to reply and never seems to have a fix. Always patch something together. Beware! Added 7/14/23- they took 2 months to reply to this and offer say to contact support - which is half the problem, support taking too long. Since this original post I’ve had the same experience going forward. Continued delays and every time I’ve tried to withdraw there’s a new excuse why it doesn’t happen as it’s advertised as working. This last one took over almost a week from the time it was supposed to be deposited. Continued lack of adequate support. Beware!! Update : continue to become less useful and worse over all. Highly recommend against downloading his app. Still buggy. They’ve increased the payout threshold again so it’s basically useless. Now you have to register a credit card to even get the the Dialy free credit. Will be deleting as soon as they transfer funds out.

Unreliable

This app used to be great. But rewards repeatedly get stuck in pending limbo and help requests are met with a shrug of the shoulders and the usual evasion. SKETCH.

Horrible…

They stole all of my satoshis I had saved up what a ridiculous app… why mistreat people who took the time to build you up… I emailed them constantly and they said they were working on bettering it but all I get is a black screen…

App is a total scam

After using for over a year, there’s no actual way to cash out. Even now that they switched to bitcoin there is not a way to accept any of the bitcoin emails even on the ones that they suggest. Don’t waste your time.

Gone down hill, Used to be Great and Easy to Use

I’ve used Lolli for the past 3+ years, it used to be awesome and very user friendly to use and understand, was great way to watch bitcoin back on purchases. Now it’s gone way downhill, is confusing and not user friendly at all. Many of the previous features and things that made the app great no longer exist now. No ability to connect credit or debit cards like before, no way to activate offers to earn bitcoin back on purchases (only weird links that take you out of the app), no ability to shop offer sites within the app like before. The entire app is pretty much useless now. I would guess their active monthly users took a massive nosedive.

No more US Dollars

They used to give out cents in US currency in their daily bonus, now they removed all of that and only give you cryptocurrencies that are worth nothing. In addition, you cannot withdraw your US currency. They changed it so that you can only convert your US currency into sat cryptocurrencies. This app is a scam and will give you worthless virtual coins as rewards.

They got bought out now their a scam

There’s no reasonable way to withdraw funds and it’s been this way for months ever since Lolli was bought out. This is a scam beware!

Unresponsive Email Change

Didn’t respond to my request to retrieve my account access after my email was transferred to my personal email. They didnt accept the transfer and now I lost money. Also very unresponsive

Fraudulent?

Lolli used to enable consumers to earn some bitcoin for purchases from participating merchants through affiliate and card-linked offers. However they now prevent you from withdrawing your earned-balance. They suggest in their app (if you try to withdraw) you use the "web app" to withdraw instead, but then when you sign into the website they offer no option to either draw. I've never seen a worse user experience and an abuse of trust; not something you typically expect to see from a supposed bitcoin company. They are also no shilling some nonsense token too, while they no longer have any merchant offers; what a hot mess. Zero stars.

Scam - doesn’t actually pay

They don’t actually pay when you complete the game tasks. They used to but this new version is a complete scam.

Evil Update

They just did an update that wiped out my wallet and stole about $30 worth of my bitcoin that took me forever to accumulate be aware this company are full of thieves.

Whole new app?

Have been using this app for a couple years. Go to do my daily chest and see that everything has changed. Wallet with rewards is GONE. Nope, not doing this. Uninstalling the app from my phone.

terrible lost all my earnings

im deleting this app because i had $17 worth of crypto & could not cash app due to them going through some kind of update or whatever it was then i relogin to my account once it rebranded or updated & had none of my previous crypto saved. TERRIBLE

Caution! All the Good Reviews are Old

This used to be a great app, but it has continued getting worse and worse over time, and is now nearly impossible to use. I’ve had all sorts of problems with rewards and cashouts, including some that have been “pending” for up to 2 years, lol. If you’re willing to email them a dozen times and wait for months on end for a $2 bitcoin reward have at it. Otherwise, don’t waste your time with a dying app.

Missing Bitcoin

I opened this app today and was surprised and disappointed to see my accumulated bitcoin holdings have been wiped out. This is with no warning whatsoever This is scammy.

Text get cut off

Fix the new update the text is too big. Your developers need to fix the css on the app. The text is too big in parts of the app. Thank you.

Haven’t been able to cash out for months

I quick unlinked all my cards before it turns into a Caden situation. Don’t waste your time. They’ve apparently been working on updates for months

Withdrawals paused and app no longer functions.

As the title says, I’m sad to say after happily using Lolli app for years; over the last few weeks the app no longer works currently, withdrawals are not enabled and user interface is rekt. Feels like an exit scam TBH. I reached out to Lolli support and they ensured me that they’re working on updates for the app and that “withdrawals will be enabled soon and be better than ever”. I really hope so and I will change my review from 1 star back to 5 if they honor their word. But right now I’m thinking my $100 worth of BTC is probably never going to get withdrawn to my wallet🥲 I hope I’m wrong. Update 9/15/25 Like I mentioned, support was previously assuring me by email response that they’re at work to get these kinks worked out. My last two emails have gone unanswered. Including one which I bluntly questioned if Lolli app is no more. Again, if they get things fixed I will reupdate my review back to 5stars, but doesn’t look good ATM
