All of a sudden I can log in. Trying to get help is nearly impossible.

Doesn’t deliver much at all

Poor, unreliable service on the app right in line with everything else that’s messed up with USPS. Aaaand why can’t you show me a photo of packages, if you do so for regular mail?!

Everything was good until they had glitches and now I can’t get my informed Delivery.

Informed Delivery App CLEARS THIS

I have used USPS my whole life, and this app for many years, & tediously entering a code every SINGLE time I log in and being asked if I want to “enroll in MFA” EVERY SINGLE TIME which I don’t want. I hate this app! It’s essentially just the website but in an even worse format-I never have felt this way, but I wish I could give this app 0 stars! Deleted.

Click n Ship

Unable to complete label purchase because unable to make a “content type” selection. There is no option in Section 3 or Section 6. There is no drop down menu offered when filling in data info for shipments from USVI (00824) Frustrated since I have been using this portal for years.

Sent to wrong town

Three shipments in past went to wrong location and took as much as 13 to 14 days traveling around the USA

Not Dependable

Sometimes the USPS Mobile App is awesome and other times it’s got a mind of it’s own. For example, it doesn’t always have the priority mail box sizes that are available to use at the PO. So you can’t choose the box you have. Other times you fill out a label and it won’t let you check out, for no reason. It’s frustrating bc you can’t count on the App being available and operational.

My informed delivery today showed I should be getting six pieces of mail that were not magazines or junk. And there’s no way to go in on the informed delivery and let them know that my important mail did not arrive. I don’t really understand when they show the informed delivery how I can get half of my mail delivered. And the other half is missing

BAD ALGORITHMS

I mailed a package from my local post office to a business in my city. The package that was going from SimpsonvillSC to GreenvilleSC, 13 miles away, was touted up to New Jersey and then back to SC. I now understand why postage keeps increasing because the post office keeps sending packages to states where they have no business being in the first place. My second issue is with your package insurance. When I mailed a parcel, I was told that every parcel has $100 insurance on a guaranteed. Well, that is not the case because on your website there is no place to make a claim for a parcel that is lost you must either be priority mail or have a tracking number with it so you’re lying to your customers when you tell them that there is insurance on their packages on every one of them even envelopes, which is a lie

Waste of time

Shipper said it was picked up on the 7th, still shows waiting to be picked up. Shipper says this happens all the time, it has been shipped.

Packages Always Delayed, Lost or Stolen

My current package was smooth sailing until it reach Saint Rose Office in Louisiana. Every time it stops giving me updates, usually means that package isn’t coming anymore. I did have jewelry in it, but that doesn’t mean that someone is allowed to snatch it up just because they want it. This is the most frustrating experience, just waiting and wondering if I’m going to receive my items or not.

Not worth all of the new USPS spam

I wish I could turn this off because most of the alerts it sends are just ads from the postal service and the tracking just says in transit most of the times with arrival dates ending up wrong. A lot of times packages alert me that they have been delivered to my P.O. Box on Fridays but they are not available until Monday

Good idea but needs quite a bit of work

Lots of work.., 1) There’s always a fake USPS mail listed, (as the first item) which is included in, and throws off the count. What is the purpose of a fake mail piece? If you insist on the fake mail piece, then don’t include it in the count!!! 2) App (website) information differs from information received on daily email; often neither is accurate. 3) App should let you stay logged in for more than 5 minutes, many apps stay logged in indefinitely. 4) SMS MFA never works on the weekends, from about Friday late afternoon to Monday. Is it because everyone went home? Should be automated! 5) Information on packages seems to be inconsistent… Sometimes information on a package just disappears for a couple days just to appear later, or sometimes not at all… 6) the ‘last updated’ date is tomorrow’s date? 7) lately I’m getting updates that the (local ) post office has received my package and it should be delivered 6 days from now. What the heck? You know you’re gonna deliver it tomorrow, why the fake update? Makes the entire thing useless. 8) We hold our mail when we go out of town for a week or so, it would be great if ‘Mail Hold’ would show somewhere on the Informed Delivery page. Nothing fancy, just the words ‘Mail Hold until x/xx/xxxx’ would be very helpful. Especially since the Mail is listed as delivered, which it ‘s not (or sometimes it is, but that’s not an issue with the app)

Delivery system sucks

Worst delivery company ever they set dates to packages when they will be delivered but they excuse is it’s a estimated time the only guarantee is next day but my package going on over a week with no delivery date

Missing Mail 9/24/26

Friday of last week you had a picture of a piece of mail from WIAAA. Postmarked 9/23 on the right side of the envelope AND ALSO 9/24 on the left side over the return address. Please see this on your side! I have beef n patiently awaiting its arrival. It is 5 days now and still not delivered!!! I have seen a different carrier out here lately. If he delivered it to the wrong address and if that someone puts it in the outgoing mail will they deliver it or just throw it away? Again it has now been 5 days.

Garbage

There is always something wrong with this app. The latest is once you put in a tracking number it will not track the package. The field just stays blank. There is no wonder why the USPS is circling the toilet bowl.

Overpriced/Unreliable carrier

Prices are too high now, we have switched to Fedex/Ups. Unreliable carrier. Should not raise costs with no improvement to service. $9 for a 4 oz. package is terrible. Losing your customer base. Another so called “temporary” holiday increase that is not temporary at all, will become the regular rate in January. Zero stars. App and carrier are terrible.

Terrible user experience

Firstly, it’s not an app, it’s just a redirect to a website, and secondly, the ability to login and get to start using the app is abysmal. There’s at least eight different prompts to just get to the first screen. About the worst app I’ve ever used.

I don't understand why Amazon hands packages over to the postal service when, in reality, they never actually get delivered to me. When I call to complain, they say they'll reschedule the delivery, but then no one knows where my packages are. That’s two packages and a lot of money lost already; the service is terrible. Then I go to my local post office, and no one knows where my packages are or what’s happening to them—the place is full of thieves.

You aren’t allowed to notify USPS of undeliverable mail no longer! USPS has horrible service!

Theft in facilities

There is no point in allowing someone to report something stolen if we can’t do it the day of. I received an empty box. It already took forever to get past the AI call and get to a rep. Then the helpful young lady on the phone couldn’t even assist me because I tried to report theft the day of. Then I go through the recommended steps and I still can’t submit the claim because I don’t have an ID number because I couldn’t file the claim over the phone. Then I can’t do anything about it on their app either. Stop hiring thieves PLEASE.

Informed Delivery sucks

I’ve had informed delivery for about 4 years. Still get daily emails showing what’s “supposed” to be delivered. But when I try to hold my mail or report missing mail it says informed delivery isn’t available for my address. This started about a year ago. Tried USPS help with no luck. If USPS was a private entity they would have been out of business 10 years ago.

Garbage app

What a terrible app when in use - how much did this cost USPS? If your package gets lost or it is never scanned, this app - is garbage. If you look up your package online, you use this app, you use another app - you get three different kinds of messages. App is only good if you want to store your searches, other than that GARBAGE

Erratic App. Unable to recover password

My App worked well for quite some time. But for the last 3 to 4 years, it always gives a password error with NO way to reset/recover password nor any customer service

Where is my package tracking?

I don’t appreciate having to pay to see where my packages are. I think you’re limited tennis is ridiculous and I think that you’re disabling the tracking apps to follow our packages is really stupid. It makes my life so much more difficult, especially when I’m a disabled, senior citizen.
