About ADP Mobile Solutions

Soft Lock Issue on ADP Mobile Solutions

Users are experiencing a significant issue with the ADP Mobile Solutions app, as the interface design obstructs access to the "Enter" button, effectively soft-locking them on the verification screen. This problem prevents users from submitting necessary information, leading to frustration and inability to access essential features like paystubs.

7 different people have complained about this since 22 Sept 2026, most recently on 24 Sept 2026.

…ou should atleast give me an option to minimize the keyboard overlay. I am stuck and I need my paystubs asap. One star because what kind of QA team approves this to prod without verifying?

ADP Mobile Solutions — Bug — When i try to authenticate from my phone to log in there’s a bug that won’t make the keyboard disappear so i can’t press login. Very annoying. Please fix that

…as when attempting to enter the Code the number pad will not go away. This is problem because it covers the “Enter” button making it soft locked at that screen. It may be an issue with my phone but either way I will change my review to 5 stars once fixed

ADP Mobile Solutions — Non-functional I’d write all about the functions of this app, except when prompted to type in the verification code for my account, I am unable to exit out of the number keypad to press “Allow”. I’ll rewrite my review if they fix this issue, and I can actually use it for its intended purpose.

ADP Mobile Solutions — Garbage UI — In order to login on my laptop, I typed in the two digits verification code in the app and I can’t toggle off the fking keyboard, therefore I can’t hit “approve button” which is hidden behind the keyboard.
