Customer protection for upfront payments

The platform's current policies enable stylists to collect upfront payments without adequate customer protections, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction among users. Clients face challenges in disputing charges and retrieving their money when services are not rendered, resulting in a loss of trust in the platform.
