If you get denied for some bogus reason like I did after quadruple checking and even starting over twice, you’ll have to pay regardless of the lack in support pre or post tax filing

Most disappointing was the support process itself: repeated attempts to reframe software behavior and UX concerns as generic “calculation accuracy” issues, followed by closing the case without meaningfully addressing the core questions.

I’ve worked management level jobs and don’t do crazy investing, nothing where I need to pay for an accountant or pay for expensive services because it’s SIMPLE.

If that’s not gonna happen, then stop screwing people and get rid of that useless update message on launch of the app, and let me use the device I DO already own, to again, do MY taxes, not yours.
