Waste of time and money

The app does not even do the simplest of task, even with logos that are already created.

Charged for subscription after cancelling

I was charged for this app even when I cancelled the free trial subscription before the trial expired.

AI features are buggy

Every time I’ve tried issuing a prompt, it always, always, always tells me “Failed to complete the action. Please try again.” first. Then it’ll generate 1 image upon typing the same command again and the results are typically a loose interpretation of my prompt. Then that’s it. It won’t follow through on anymore prompts, but it will offer next steps like “change style” or something similar but then after initiating it reads “An error occurred. Please try again.” Every time.

Stealing Money!!

Wouldn’t recommend at all as to make a logo u have to pay money. Just not ideal at all as everything adds up

App not working

I’ve had this app for a few years now and love it. However, for the last couple days, it hasn’t been working. I’m getting an error: SERVER ERROR! Oops! Unexpected server error occurred. Please try again. I have the update version. My phone is up to date. I also have turned my phone off and turned it back on. I have paid for the year, like I usually do and this has really held me up business wise and I’m frustrated.

Total waste of money

I saw an ad on Facebook. I ended up accidentally not choosing the free trial (I clicked weekly instead of weekly) and was immediately charged. Immediately disappointed that many actions require additional credits. Stay away from this app. Wish I could get my money back.

Fix bugs I’m begging you

As many of you know, stopmotion movies are a lot of hard work , I am 2 mins into a four min video and have created over 700 slides and now all of a sudden whenever I try save an image, it’s enlarging the cutouts so all of the proportions of the people are different to how I’ve saved them, it’s stressing me out badly and his app has always been reliable

This app is a money scam

This app requires a monthly subscription, and you only get a limited number of coins to generate ideas. More than half the time, it fails to produce what you ask for, even something as simple as a company name, and it still deducts coins for no output. So, it's not worth trying. Please don't waste your time and money on this app.

BEWARE!!!

I specifically clicked the free trial option hoping to try it out before I bought it. I was charged 84 dollars!!!! I wrote the support chat and have not heard back. Do not expect to try the “free trial” because you will get charged for a full year.

Keeps Freezing

Glad I got the free trial. Have not been able to create anything. App keeps freezing.

Complete trash, waste of money doesn’t work

Be mindful this product is trash does not work even with paid membership it prompts you to pay again in order to use, you’ll end up paying close to $40 a month for this trash if you aren’t careful. Do not download or use support is utter trash

Today I opted for the free trial . It said three free days then charged 8.99 . I double checked that the free trial option was most deffo selected which it was as I didn’t want to be charged as I need the funds in my account but was instantly charged 8.99… messaged u guys not reply.. contacted apple suppers to sort it out .. told ive got to wait 48 hours for a decision and then may take upto 30 days to get to my account money I need for food next week.. very very frustrating. There is obviously something wrong with. Your app.. I most deffo selected the free three day trial and it charged me instantly .. some contact would be appreciated asap

Cancel subscription

I didn’t like the way the app was so I cancelled the subscription before the due date. They turned around and still charged me the $99. Apple won’t refund me! The only they told me to contact Apple support for a refund.

This new update is horrible

I used this app back in the day and now it will not stop holding your hand and prompting you with what you SHOULD do. It’s really bad.

Nearly everything is locked

Most stuff is locked, and to unlock it you gotta buy premium. Would be better if it was free because I’m not paying to unlock backgrounds, graphics, fonts, templates, ect.

It was A LOT OF MONEY TO PAY to get the pro but the pro did come until like 3-4 day and I agree with the person who put 2 stars and the person who said missing feature because I was not able the do what I wanted and at the start when it was surveying me I could not press all of them like…… why do u have to put a LIMIT TO WHAT SOMEONE WANTS…..cuz would u like me to put a limit to u? But I get it……the person who created this app does not know how to do it right and there just a rookie/beginner so yeah I would love if u make improvements to the app or just make a different app that is way better that this! Thanks!!! Sorry if it seems as if I have attitude but I don’t so yeah…Love for h to make improvements so yeah……THANKS!!!!!

Misleading

Advertises Free trial but charges you right away! App Store will NOT refund this! User BEWARE!

Plain. Basic. Expensive.

This app is total garbage. Used it for an hour and the artwork is cheap and horrible. Tried to get a refund but Apple denied it. Shame on Apple btw too. 0/10.

Not Very Good

This app used to be much better, now you cannot do ANYTHING without premium. If you look at templates about 5 out of 150 are free. It does still work and it's good for customising and if you have time. But overall don't buy.

I canceled my free trial on 10/20. Then on 10/30 there is a $39.99 charge on my account from these scammers. Do not use!

For some reason this app out of all of apps charge my account -$40 to get their yearly subscription usually other apps try to charge my account with little success, but this app tried so many times that they actually got the money and made my account negative

It what I expected

I would like a refund. After just five minutes it was clear this app could not give me any AI assistance. I simply wanted a deers skull with MHO as a logo and it freezes up. How do I get a refund?

No Free Trial

The app itself is ok, but you cannot use the app until you have a subscription. And the 7 days free IS NOT A TRIAL. You will be charged immediately, and the customer support is literally nonexistent.
