This app has so many problems, I wish it would stop disconnecting from my printer, and I wish the app would stop going “offline”, also it seems to make typos out of words I’ve spelt correctly!

The site after 13 years offered me an opportunity to use them to collect on my invoices After I chose him not to give them the information I have, they canceled my account 13 years of Accounting, now they’re giving me the runaround. Highly do not recommend go with a different invoice platform

Just downloaded the app can’t even complete the first step in designing the Invoice, very disappointing, Deleting and canceling subscription.

Beware

If you like your account being suddenly closed after years of loyal membership, this is the invoicing software for you. Locked out of my invoices, customer list, outstanding balances, with customer support off for the weekend and no one to help for over 48 hours. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Garbage

Scammers with no support and no contact info they will bill you for years after you cancel your account. Can’t get rid of these leeches. Would not recommend

Long time disappointed customer

I’ve been using i2g for almost 15 years but suddenly greed of the company has forced me to leave. Everyone is forced onto the premium tier as the next tier down only includes 100 invoices in 12 months. The sudden price hike of $200 aud is ridiculous and to tell long time customers this is because of increasing costs of administration as ai is now used is just a joke.

Garbage

Scammers with no support and no contact info will bill you after you cancel you account. Takes years to get rid of these leeches.

Lots of unresolved issues

We were extremely happy with Invoice2go for our business needs. About 6 weeks ago, we were unable to utilize “projects”. We use “projects” on a monthly basis for client billing and the inability to use has made our day-to-day flow very slow. We’ve called Invoice2go several times to obtain a status update. The person answering the phone denies ongoing details. This is really difficult for our workflow and process. We’re not happy with the IT failures

Search, email functions and Projects feature glitchy with no fix in sight

I’ve chatted with support again today. Very tired of the same old feedback ‘we know and our team is working a fix’. I’ve lost all data for hundreds of Projects. Support wouldn’t commit to a timeline. This app hasn’t been updated in 11 months, and prior to that no significant updates for years despite known issues. With this year’s renewal rate increasing again to a whopping $700AUD, I’d expect far better. Looking elsewhere, you should too.

A good app, but I decided to cancel

I used Invoice2go for several years and have really liked the app. It served me very well until now, which makes this especially disappointing. My annual subscription increased from $35.99 to $53.98, essentially a 50% increase. I also discovered that I cannot access receipt receipts for my subscription payments directly from my account and had to contact Support to obtain them. The support representative was helpful, but whether you’re a nonprofit, small business, or any organization, providing customers easy access to receipts for payments should be a basic part of their business. It’s unfortunate because I was very satisfied with the app, but between the significant price increase and the lack of direct access to payment receipts, I’ve decided it’s time to look elsewhere.

Overpriced and mobile has glitches

They charge more every year taking advantage of that your kind of stuck with them because it’s easier then moving to someone better

Fix this app, amount and app takes ages to load. My subscription is not even going through.

Copy & Paste Functionality

PLEASE ADD THE iOS FUNCTIONALITY TO COPY AND PASTE DOLLAR AMOUNTS FROM TAX REPORTS, ETC. I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO COPY AND PASTE FROM INVOICE2GO, INTO OUTSIDE TAX RETURNS, ETC. IF NEEDED.

Photo issues 20% of the time. Search works 20% of the time. APP IS GARBAGE FOR $40/month

Sometimes when I try to upload photos, whether from my phone or computer, I run into issues where in my phone I cannot print the file it won’t load and tells me there’s an error and on my computer some photos.JPEG in particular will fail to upload and I have to keep re-trying. Tempted to find another invoice service to use.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I have been using this great program for around 15 years. I didn’t realize that they own your business and can shut it down in a sec and you lose ALL your info (shut your Business down with one click). All I did was apply to take cc’s for my customers. That’s it!!!! And they locked me out of my whole business world. No one to talk to that can help. I’m lost and they could care less. SO far I’m 2 weeks in trying to get help. This is NOT ok.

PSA

Been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Auto payment setup and everything worked as it should. Got double billed. Returned money. Got billed again and again. Canceled auto after the first mistake just keep getting billed. Quick to take your money very slow to get it back. This is theft no question about it. Replied we are working on it doesn’t give your money back. Any one know a good invoice company? I’m looking for one.

Living in a cardboard box now

Easily over 50k plus in transactions, that I no longer have access to because of the sheer negligence of this company. I got sent an email request about a random audit to which I respond with all of the corresponding information, followed all the steps, and yet they terminate my account in the middle of receiving two payments, and provide no reasoning or notice. I no longer have access to any of my income information and now have to figure out how to receive my cancelled income. Customer service provided no assistance. More like customer disservice. Pay monthly to use this just for my life to be harder for it. These are people’s lives.

Terrible waste of time and subscription trap

It took me sending three test invoices before the payment method showed up on it. Then when I finally when to send the real invoice after dealing with the apps glitches and stupid design, they said I must pay $70 to send any more. Super disappointed in this because if you figured out the bugs it would have been promising

Greedy

Been using this app for 11 years for my business. It was great until they became very greedy. I was paying $99 a year then $149 with an adequate amount of invoices. Now to get over 100 invoices a year they want to charge over $600. The quality and functionality of the app hasn’t changed in over a decade so why the inane increase? Customer service has gone down hill. They obit have bot now with no live person.After 11 years I will be cancelling and moving on to another invoicing app as there are plenty of them. You lost a loyal long time customer over greed.

Closed my account with explanation

Getting any information from them in regards to Payments will be impossible. They had me wait for 2 days stating my payment will be available then without notice they closed my account with no specific reason. The worst invoice company ever!

Poor customer Service

I’ve been with this app for over 10yrs and never had an issue. The app itself is great. Recently could not login with correct password - check update, renew password but still not opening. Contact customer support and no ph number - just chat. Waiting for 34 minutes saying 1 min to go and then went to a two hour wait. That’s extremely poor service guys and not good enough when using this regularly. Pete.

Terrible

They will pull money right out of your checking account without warning. Be careful there are better apps out there such as quickbooks. They do not have good customer service either and you cannot get a hold of them. One transaction was $375 and another transaction was $3500 gone. Scammy tech company and I am very disappointed with them and the company Bill. Garbage

Deactivate My Account

I had to verify a couple of items and supposedly this email that was sent to me and never was said that my account was deactivated. This kind of confuse me and I had to contact customer support. They said they were gonna send me emails and never did so this app is garbage they lie to you. They don’t help you in any way and then there’s no information of what happened why it happened or anything? It’s kind of like they’re just beating around the bush.

Disabled my account for no reason and lost me 1.5 grand

I attempted to use this app to invoice a customer who bought expensive camera equipment from me. After the deal was made I got an email of a “random audit” on my account. Despite responding to audit correctly they deactivated my account and all pending funds were refunded. This customer has not responded to me and I have no way to get the money back. They provided no reason for this. Customer service said there was nothing they could do to help me. Do not use this service, they will enable scammers to take your money and rug-pull you.

Slow response

Very disappointed with the service. I requested a simple phone number update and after several days the issue is still not resolved. Customer support has been slow to respond, and the delay has affected my ability to run my business and send invoices properly. I expected much better support for a paying customer. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and I am now considering moving to another provider.

Invoice not2 go

I’ve had this app for over ten years. It used to be great but now won’t link to my email on my phone. I’m now forced to send invoices and quotes from my home pc, making this “mobile”version pointless. I have contacted help line and there is no fix I’ve had this issue for the last four months and no resolution….they don’t care. I’d shop around

No support for growth

As a generator installation company, we have used Invoice2go for over a year and have grown significantly during that time. While the platform itself has been helpful, we have encountered a major issue with payment processing limits. Our business regularly invoices approximately $15,000 per generator installation, yet our monthly payout limit remains capped at $50,000. This means our funds are frequently held back, creating unnecessary cash flow challenges and forcing us to wait extended periods to access money that rightfully belongs to our business. What has been most disappointing is the lack of resolution despite multiple attempts to address the issue. We have submitted requests to increase our payout limits, provided banking references, and even had our bank verify our financial standing and available funds across multiple accounts. Unfortunately, none of these efforts resulted in any meaningful action or communication. For a growing business, reliable access to earned funds is critical. The inability to increase reasonable payout limits, combined with the lack of responsiveness, has been extremely frustrating and has negatively impacted our experience with the platform. I hope Invoice2go will improve its support process and provide more flexibility for established businesses that have demonstrated a strong payment history and financial stability.

Heavily overpriced!!!

$69.99 Australian dollars a month is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Half that would be acceptable but when i seen that price i instantly deleted the app. You guys used to be $50 a month for premium membership and i could swallow that but $69.99 is a joke!!!

Don’t do it!!

You just gotta trust me on this one. DONT DO IT! They cost me what would have been a nice bid with a nationwide company, because they rejected their payment to me and made me look fraudulent.

A trap

Felt convenient and stream line initially but after a couple of years the cracks start to show. They never update the platform, it’s full of bugs when sending invoices, hell, I can’t even see my invoices anymore. I don’t think any tech teams sweep for problems ever. It’s also overpriced for what you get. I only use it still because I’m stuck in its swamp. Don’t step into the mud!

Severely Limited and Overpriced

They’ve basically killed their own app. Dropping invoices to 30 per year is ridiculous. No proper notice, just a downgrade and higher price. Not renewing and definitely not recommending.

Do not like

I had this app for about a year ! And it went up on the prices since I had it . It’s always freezing up making me redo an invoice. It’s becoming an issue with glitches . I’m about to cancel !

They are holding almost $1000 of my money. Logged me out and o can’t get back into the app. They emailed me saying random audit. I emailed them everything they asked for and never received a reply please please please don’t download

Installed it first time to try. But they require a subcription right away to use the app. I don’t even know what features the app has. Just like other app they all has a free trial first before we pay for subcription but not this app. DELETED, thanks

Again, payment “pending”

I bill the same three people, over and over. For YEARS. I use the instant payout feature. Now, every invoice I send gets held up for days for security review? Currently waiting on an invoice paid days ago still pending. I’m looking for replacements because you’re awful anymore. And I was happy. It’s all you

Don’t waste your time or money!

First off, you cannot call to contact the company. So if you have issues, you can chat but then they just recommend you reply to an email…. I’m on day 6 of waiting for a response. I opened up an account, sent an invoice, customer received invoice and submitted payment & then a few hours later, I get an email stating they cancelled my account and any pending payments would be returned. No reasoning, no solution recommendation, nothing. So here I am, a small start up company and my first real customer I have to reach out to and explain this situation too… one that I don’t even understand. Got a response via email after chatting with some one (oh and never getting said email, btw) and they want bank statements, copy of photo id and a selfie proving I’m who I say I am…. Why wasn’t this requested BEFORE my account was approved??? So now I wait… day 6 of wanting to know why they cancelled my account. What should have been so easy has turned into a pain and an embarrassment for my small family business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible

Very disappointed with Invoice2go’s service. My account was randomly deactivated with no clear explanation, and getting any real help from support was extremely frustrating. I sent multiple follow-up emails and got little to no communication back. At one point, I was asked to submit documents, then later told my case was closed and that nothing more could be done through that ticket. The entire process was confusing, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. No customer should have to chase a company for days just to get a basic explanation about their own account. Based on my experience, the level of support and communication has been terrible.
