The app crashes 3 times usually before it will work, has been like it for months. UI changes constantly and breaking links.

Terrible App

First it failed to recognize my Face ID, so I’d have to manually put in my email and password. Then it stopped recognizing my email and password, I get stuck at the authentication link and it just stays there. How annoying and completely useless.

Spending too much time on what should be simple!!

Drives me to actual tears of frustration!!!!!!! I HATE THIS APP!!!!! The LAGGIEST azz app!!!!! These corporations don’t give a jack about employees or they would demand better for us and this STUPID APP!!! Had faster connections with dial up back in the day than this SLOWWWWW AF APP!!! DO BETTER!!! It’s damn Bear 2027!!!!

Hot Garbage

From an employee perspective, this app, and its desktop counterpart, is a convoluted mess. 99% of the time, a person is using this to clock in or out, and that process is needlessly slow and frustrating. Need to download a PDF of a recent paystub? The mobile app is useless for that. If it does, in fact download, it’s impossible to find anywhere on your phone, but good luck trying. Why our company adopted this hot useless mess of an app is beyond me.

Can’t save password

I was asked to get a new password the other day and now I have to manually put in my email and password when before all I had to do was put in my passcode

Please turn off the auto zoom

The app itself is ok definitely not great. It kicks you out randomly so make sure to save after every entry or you’ll lose everything you just entered. Other than that it works. Data can be slow to load. The most annoying feature is the auto zoom. If there are any developers reading this, please make that feature selectable so we can shut it off. Several of my coworkers feel the same way about the auto zoom and wish they could turn it off.

Limited

It seems to bury the most important things. I want to see my teams birthdays and anniversaries. I just want to request PTO but it's not a tile. What's with all of the schedule type functionality. Bryte doesn't do anything useful.

This app really sucks.

This app makes me want to throw my phone out the window with how bad it lags. It’s really frustrating when I want to go home after a long day at work, but I can’t leave right away when I keep trying to make this thing work.

UI is not great and the web UI is terrible.

Shocking

The most godawful thing I have to use for work. Slow, not user friendly, useless. It makes me want to hurl my phone through the window every time I have the misfortune of opening it. Please delete this app and make the world a better place

This app is no good it doesn’t work at all… doesn’t show any pay whatsoever it’s only a blank page…. It really sucks… it’s the worst app I’ve ever used

I can’t see my schedule!

I have to use this for work, and for some reason I can never see the next week! It gets stuck on one day and it shows me the time I’m scheduled for one day and then that’s all it shows me. It won’t show me the time I’m working next and it’s very hard and confusing for work.

Genuinely Despise this app

i can’t fathom how such an app could have so many updates that manage to not only not fix anything but manages to make the previously unstable app even more broken, good luck trying to login as it’s quite literally a coin toss wether or not you’ll be allowed to login in or wether you’ll be stuck on the loading screen of doom, but don’t worry it only affects how accurately you get paid by you work :)

Needs customization and some changes

The app is to plain dull and super boring looking would be nice if there was like color choices for backgrounds and so fourth or at least dark mode being you have it for android and not for iPhone it has a very super slow login and more then that the ui system looks like it’s a super wannabe rip off of some super old windows 95 software even when you click on anything it’s almost as slow performance as windows 95 please keep up with the modern times I’d least. What I’m kinda shocked is it gets the job done at a very slow rate and has everything that is needed lastly when you view the days shift of everyone who works that day and you can click on there photo image to enlarge and see who that person is it would be nice if it accepts today’s day en age photo quality in graphics in instead just seeing the pixels in the photo I thought I was playing Pac-Man for a sec ha

Garbage laggy app

This app its so laggy trying to clock in time but the app takes a whole 10 minutes to start

Appears to be vibe coded without any testing

Buttons that don’t work, menus within menus within menus, strange ui. Too many features and none of them done well. Whoever approved the current version should be fired and whoever hired that person should be fired. The person at every company who decided to switch to this app, needs to be fired. Nobody knows what they are doing. Old UKG worked, and everyone has gone insane “modernizing” without having a single clue what they are doing. We’re doomed.

Bugging out

Anytime I try and log onto the app I get an error message when using Face ID that “we are having trouble signing you in. Please try again later” and it’s been like that for lil over a month now. It will pop up the loading icon and then crash the app so I have to restart it each time I try and check my schedule. I have to type in my login each time but if I hit the button too fast it’ll pop up twice and then do the same thing of “we are having trouble signing you in. Please try again later” and continuous loading. Please fix this problem.

Sucks

Gives you the option to use face id to login but then crashes. Then requires you to login manually every time you try to use the app. More annoying than helpful.

Absolutely terrible app

I never wrote a review before but I’m deciding to just for this app because of how absolutely atrocious this app is. You can’t download any paystubs at all, every time you try to download something the app just freezes or nothing happens. Not to mention the abysmal loading times and it’s just terrible in general. I wouldn’t be surprised if this app was vibe coded.

Confusing and haven’t been paid

Log in for work? Doesn’t matter - the hours won’t be logged as I’m still 13 hours short. Not as if THAT matters if even the hours that ARE logged don’t hit my direct deposit anyway. When you look for help as to WHY you’re sent to UKG COMMUNITY where you can’t access help because you’re not the “employer” just a lowly employee.

Impossible to use

The app crushes all the time for no reason. One day it works fine, on another you cannot even get into the app to do basic functions such as clock in/out. It doesn’t give you an error code either — so you have no clue how to troubleshoot it. I wish we used another platform, tbh. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Easier to just find a new job

This app is awful. It’s overly complicated for absolutely no reason and every single time I get a notification, the badge notification WILL NEVER GO AWAY. I got two notifications over a week ago about a new schedule being posted. I read the notifications in the app. I marked them as read. I confirmed in all 800 thousand menus within the app that I have seen all notifications. The badge numbers are still there. This happens every time I get a notification. And the app’s tech support consists of a message to contact tech support at your employer. The issue is not on the side of my employer. It’s on the side of this awful app. So my choices consist of having annoying, misleading, and factually incorrect badge notifications on my screen 100% of the time or turn off badge notifications and risk missing ACTUAL notifications. Delete your app. Delete your development team. Get a better development team. Try again. Or don’t. I really don’t care. The other reviews for this app are incredibly suspicious and all say the same (inaccurate) things.

You can’t work out what does what I cannot find my long service leave anywhere it’s unuseable. It’s the most horrible app I’ve come across.

Finicky app

This app sucks. Super sensitive, and at times doesn’t accurately punch the correct time stamp. The swiping also sucks, it takes multiple swipes to select something. This is built more for a desktop you could tell they were lazy and didn’t modify it for mobile phones. The button selection is tiny and accidental selection happens to often. They should implement a yes or no question before punches or make them bigger or create more space between them. My old company used Paylocity, that was a much better user experience than this app.

Frustrating and Unintuitive

It sometimes works (but crashes frequently), but it is one of the most unintuitive apps I have ever used. It is difficult and takes many steps to complete tasks that are quick and easy to accomplish on other platforms. It is not user-friendly, and I dread having to use this app for work every day.

Unreliable

Unfortunately this app loves to have issues doing the most important thing: clocking in and clocking out. Please make these things function properly before adding Siri updates. It seems 30% of the time the app crashes my phone.

Broken App

The latest update broke the app. Every few days after using Face ID, the app loading screen will indefinitely spin. Force closing the app doesn’t even help. You need to completely delete the app and reinstall it. It will work again for a few days before breaking again.
