Used to work fine now the app doesn’t load at all

Since about 5 months ago the app just completely stopped loading for me. When I open the app there’s just a loading icon on a white background but nothing ever loads. I have installed the last 3 updates hoping one would fix it, but it never does. It’s been completely broken for me for the last 5 months. I used to use it on a daily basis and it served its purpose, but now it’s totally useless to me.

Home Screen too confusing. It’s too busy and confusing. Like to have option to old Home Screen.

Bugs here and there

Pull out of the futures are not really working and broken in the app and as big as Amazon is having thousands of software engine engineers, they have still does not perform as what they pay all engineers to do because it doesn’t synchronize with my account on the website versus the app. Customer service or customer voices and response are not synchronized or not even there in the app.

Poor merchant selection development

I have over 15 accounts connected to one user account. When I need to change accounts, it is a hige mess.

If I could give this review negative stars, I would. I selected the personal plan. This plan has no monthly fees. Just to get charged $40 anyway, and then told that they will not refund me since I used the seller tools aka I made a listing, even though I did not select the plan, and I did not sell anything they still refused to refund me. AI assistant told me that I was eligible for a refund, and that they could downgrade my plan for me and even requested that in the ticket. Just for me to get charged AGAIN they emptied out my account. I didn’t have enough in my account for the entire fee so they said I have to pay the rest of the fee before they can determine if I am eligible for a refund. I also cannot even downgrade or delete my account until this is paid. The support team just keeps dismissing me and closing my claim tickets.

cant even get past the login

i can’t even do anything on this app besides log in because everytime i click something it gets stuck on the loading screen. waited 10 minutes for it to load and it never did. it should never be this difficult. do better amazon

The seller app needs improvement.

The seller app is a far cry from intuitive and is not easy to find what you are looking for. Also make sure not to sign up for the Professional account unless you absolutely need it. You cannot cancel it without getting in touch with support.

Horrible interface

Hate the interface on this app. Make it like Facebook marketplace otherwise it’s a waste of time

I spend too much on ads and it’s not selling I am loosing money instead

Selling in amazing might have turned into the worse experience I’ve ever dealt with in business over the past 20 years. Over the past 12 months, fees have become so great that Amazon now makes more money on my product then I do (and I designed and manufacture the product). It gradually increased from 18% to well over 50% in favor of Amazon. Hidden fees, auto refunds, zero seller support (or at least anyone that has any inclination of how the system works) other than flipping pages and giving the sellers pre determined responses. I’ll slowly be pulling my products off Amazon after 11 years of selling on this platform. It has become so horrible that it’s almost impossible to operate anymore within their monopoly they’ve created.

Garbage

Another day, another clunky update. New version has “updates” that make it slower, harder to use, and remove key functions, and now it freezes constantly.

I listed my drawings for sale on Amazon for about a year and received no sales. I’m disappointed with the visibility of my listings and would like clearer information about how customers can discover them. I can’t tell how often the listings were shown to shoppers.

CAN’T SELL ANYTHING

SO EVER SINCE I’VE BEEN WITH AMAZONSELLER, I’VE BEEN HAVING TO DELETE ALL MY PRODUCTS USED TO BE ABLE TO SELL LEGOS USED TO BE ABLE TO SELL TOYS AND NOW CANCEL ANYTHING YOU NEED PAPERWORK LICENSE AND ALL THE OTHER STUFF THAT NOW AMAZON REQUIRES TO SELL DOCUMENTS THAT I CANNOT GET AND I TRIED GETTING STILL COULDN’T GET IT SO ONE STAR IS THE BEST REVIEW I CAN GIVE YOU, ESPECIALLY SINCE I CAN’T SELL ANYTHING AND NEED A BUNCH OF DOCUMENTS TO SELL TOYS AND EVEN WHEN THE SYSTEM SAYS THAT I’M SELLING IT WAS A TOY AND I SUBMITTED APPEAL. I STILL GOT DENIED FOR EVERYTHING I GET DENIED FOR EVERYTHING I CANNOT GET APPROVED FOR ANYTHING.

Amazon won’t let me cancel

I am trying to close my Amazon account after more than 15 successful years selling products, and it is impossible to close my account. I’ve spent hours on the phone and fees continue being charged preventing a $0 balance and account closure. Absolutely terrible way to treat their sellers.

Difficult Navigation

This platform is the largest platform for buying and selling but by far the most difficult to navigate and access support. Orders lag in the system and no notification? That’s so odd. Also shipping is a nightmare.

The app lacks so many features. I can have ChatGPT code a better app in a day. For a big company this is embarrassing. Give sellers the info they need so we don’t have to buy a ton of external tools..

Not working!

I can’t even fully create my profile the app keeps crashing I tried closing it nothing, I tried to delete and reinstall it but still nothing stay freezing at the part it want me to take a picture of myself to verify my identity

INFORM Act form not working

Typical Amazon seller experience. They threaten to close my account of some useless government mandated (Inform Act). Yet the Amazon mobile app will not allow me to attach drivers license photos. Stupid waste of my time.

The worst it could possibly be

I can't believe how inept and totally unapproachable Amazon seller has become . I ve been with you for years but you have suddenly decided my Visa card is unacceptable losing me sales. This same card. Is acceptable with Amazon for buying. I buy a lot from Amazon . It is my main visa card. However I have tried 3 different cards and bank accounts using 2 different unconnected banks ,all in my general use and go through the whole rigmarole of entering these. You accept them all up to the point where you take £1 from my account . Then suddenly you say there is a problem and cut me off. Every one of my cards is valid and in general use. I am 83 and my bank accounts are impeccable. I cannot get in contact to write or speak to a human to correct this mistake of yours and I have spent hours over the last 4 months . You still send me notifications that I have sold items but won't let the sale go ahead. You then send me a complaint that I haven't sent the sold item!

App is trash

Could not get past photo verification . Super slow. At this point this app seems like it’s just stealing your information

Rubbish platform

My experience with Amazon is completely awful Amazon is not a seller friendly platform anymore lost 15k for no reason. Provide each and every document still no one listens to me.

The new UI sucks.

Deactivate $6.00 listings for books that are worth $30. Pointless to list on this site.

Errors without resolution.

Somehow Amazon algorithms believe a lamp that ships without a light bulb is in fact a light bulb and can’t be convinced otherwise. We continue to invest less in Amazon because of errors like this with no one available to help with basic common sense problems.

I would give 1 star if I could.

Every time I had an issue with something, it was “wait 24 hours. Wait 72 hours.” Before I knew it, an entire month had passed and I still had not even had an entry to sell. I had not sold a single thing and yet, I got charged the $40 monthly fee even though I did not choose that option. I chose the individual option. I explained this and got denied twice, no one explaining to me why except that I “used the seller tools” even though I literally had not sold a single item. Do not waste your time or money.

Ive tried to make a seller account sooo many times. Every single time i get stuck on an infinite loading screen. Every other app works just fine. Refreshed, waited 30+ minutes, Still loading and loading. And again, every other app works just find

Scam and steal money from seller

Deactivated without reason even i submitted all documents they asked. And i couldn’t withdraw money either.

Amazon advertising is stealing our profit

You cannot sell on Amazon if you don't spend all your profit on Advertising, not recommended anymore

App chat is horrible

App is so clunky and most things don’t work as best

Worst app to sell on

Amazon is the absolute worst app to sell on. They change the rules daily and suspend your account for no reason. Avoid Amazon at all costs.
