The setup for this app is endless, complicated, and confusing. Easier to scan credit cards statements and cancel subscriptions individually than waste time with this app.

This didn’t find my subscriptions at all. I was hoping it was real but it isn’t. I know I have four subscriptions that I use regularly and it didn’t find them at all. What a waste of money I hope they will refund me as I cancelled it immediately. Let’s see.

Cancel the Cancel app

I followed the instructions & did exactly what I would do on my own. You can too. The app also used the wrong email to contact me ( which they didn’t) & didn’t provided me with any new information. Now I have something I didn’t pay or ask for, AGGRAVATION! Save your money.

Doesn’t work finding subscriptions

This doesn’t work well at all. It didn’t find all the subscriptions that I know I have so I no belief that it will find anything

Save your money, it gave me subscriptions that I did not have and the app kept wanting me to add services. Very disappointing now I have to figure out how to cancel.

Apple payments unclear

The part that doesn’t make things clear is that Apple payments are not actually listed for what they actually are. They still say Apple payment just like I would see before I got this app. That means this app was not very helpful. It helped a little.

Not like the ads…

Not as automatic as the ads claim (no surprise) but also could not identify Apple transactions. Also not a surprise, but at 0 for 2, will not be renewing. Gave 2 stars because the interface is easy to use.

Impossible to Cancel MonoBoost!

$9.99 a week and confusing and very difficult to set up and use and impossible to cancel their endless billing DONT DO IT! RUN!

Impossible to cancel

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Impossible to set up and impossible to cancel. App does not show up in the actives list in the App Store to cancel there. The info to cancel takes you to the app who sends to the App Store. I don’t want to send them anymore money for a useless money trap. Don’t sign up for this fraud.

Once A Subscriber, Always A Subscriber

Just TRY to cancel a subscription with them! Best way to avoid problems is do NOT subscribe to/with/for them. And your card provider usually won’t/can’t give you much help, saying they will only look into it AFTER the charges post to your card. And MonoBoost already has your money and refuses to not only give it back, but looks forward to their next charge

I tried to cancel but instructions were wrong and got trapped into extending unwanted sub!

I signed up with monoboost to get rid of subs. The app is hard to use and mainly tried to get you to upgrade Nowr, ironically, i can't get rid of momoboost

Use caution

I tried this by putting in a couple of credit cards I pay subscriptions with. What happened is now someone or some group is trying to purchase things on my Amazon account. Thankfully they are being stopped.

Still have to log into each one that I need to cancel. Big whoop. Can I get my money back ?

Deceptive

The online commercial suggested that this was simple and that the app would do all the work. But I find is the app just gives me a big long list of things that I have to do. I’m trying to figure out a way to cancel this now.

Not as advertised

Ask you to sign up make a payment and then requires more money to continue the app. It doesn’t show any subscriptions. It doesn’t give you email options. It’s garbage.

Cancel MonoBoost

I decided that it was not worth the hassle, and too much money. Tried to cancel, and they have a cancellation problem, want to continue taking a payment from me. So they can cancel other subscriptions, but not theirs. It’s an expensive app, with different payments every month.

I was upset as I had paid for the service due to your advertising and then wanted me to pay more for the service you included. I was also upset you wanted my bank name. All my charges go through Apple. You don’t need the bank name and I sure don’t want you knowing my savings accounts or finances. Please cancel Mono boost as I won’t be using it. Mary Ann Bristow

Not very helpful

I downloaded this app because of an ad I saw while playing WWF. I thought it would be helpful. It found all of my charitable donations; maybe I just don’t have any hidden subscriptions. It can’t help with those. It’s a terribly expensive app for nothing!! I’m going to try to get my money back.

The app finds subscriptions based on expenditures from bank level. I was hoping for a search of my phone and files to locate actual subscriptions Ive forgotten about.

I cannot believe that I have been duped again. I thought this app would find subscriptions, But instead I have to find them. I didn’t think that I had any, but companies seem to think so. For $20 and five minutes, nothing has been achieved. Please return the money and cancel this subscription.

Scam at work

Downloaded this app because it’s advertised as a simple way to cancel subscriptions. It’s not as simple as they make it sound. They do not do any cancellations. You still have to personally cancel each subscription. I’m canceling asap.
