I signed up for free trial which was for 3 days, they charged me 59.99$ immediately, I later canceled my subscription on the same day but they still charged me full amount without refund (even though I had 3 days free trial), I even emailed to customer team for this issue no reply. Just a scammer app, please don’t download it.

Downloaded this by accident trying to look for Duo Mobile App Authenticator. This app tries to charge you for a subscription for something that should be free.

I bought a new phone and tried to use it and I couldn’t login to my email and been trying to do it for days so frustrating

When I tried to set up the app I got to the ad for the 3 day trial period for the premium service and I couldn’t go further without excepting it, I decided to cancel and go with another provider.

I used this Authenticator app to protect my account from hackers. But I cannot remove my accounts from the Authenticator app once I choose not to have them anymore.

The notice I received said this was free, but they want a $40 subscription. Meanwhile, it’s forcing me to download it to my phone in order to access my email my desktop computer computer. Meanwhile, it’s already on my phone.

I have gotten a new phone after breaking the old one and signed into my same icloud however when i redownloaded the app all of my saved Authentications are gone and i cannot log into anything i had previously saved on my old phone.
