Wasted money

I am completely upset with this app. I was able to consistently schedule posts until some idiot decided to require the use of an “app” keyboard. I paid for a year subscription and with this new requirement, I can no longer add text to my posts which make’s Apphi completely USELESS and a complete waste of my money!

Accoount not working

I didn’t use the app for one week and it said my account was inactive or deleted. There is no way to reactivate my account and when I made a new account, it kept giving me error codes.

Horrible customer service

This company makes it so hard to cancel. After I canceled I got charged again and then I was told their “policy” doesn’t give refunds. I reached out the same day I was charged and they are still responding to my email 2 days later telling me they don’t give refunds. So now im stuck with a

THE WORST

They just stole $300 from me and refuse to refund it back!!!!! I never got an email or anything they just took it from me, then sent me a rude email saying no they are keeping my money!!!!

Horrible Customer Service

I love the app at first. As I began to dive into using it more, I found things that I did not like about the app. Posting manually is not some thing that I enjoyed at all, also customer service was horrible. You could never reach a live person. Their phone number is a Google phone number. It was all suspect. I have reached out to them several times because I canceled my subscription, and they still charged me for the force subscription. No one has ever responded to my emails or phone calls, which is horrible customer service. They need to do much better than this!!!!!!! I would like to speak to someone, but at this point, I guess it’ll never happen.

Need to learn the meaning of service

Absolutely terrible customer service. A system Glitch on their side caused the plan to be renewed even though it was canceled long ago. So far not refunded the fee and very condescending service. If there were -10, this would still not be accurate

Scam

I got charged 2 times then it says I can’t do auto post which it says before purchase it’s gonna send me notifications for the post like seriously 😒 stay away from this scamy app

Terrible Customer Service, No-Refunds Offered, Doesn’t Care about people with disabilities

I had the worst customer service experience with this app out of any company in my entire life. Every plan is automatically renewed but it was not clearly stated when I purchased a yearly plan last year and no one could prove it clearly stated that when I signed up. I did not receive any notice it would be renewed and the only place to view your billing info is on the site, not the app. So when my plan automatically renewed I reached out to request a refund and cancel my service the same day. Not only did the customer service agent not provide adequate information, she kept on not responding to my question on how to appeal the non-refund policy. Even looking on their policy they state they try to be compassionate and some exceptions are made. Well I let them know I have a neurological disability I could prove by a medical doctor that makes things hard for me to process and I had been severely effected by the pandemic but that didn’t matter. Liz said, “well you got a discount plan so it doesn’t qualify for a refund either.” Really?! Again, where does it say I bought a discount plan? Because no one could show me where it says that either. Their customer service is some B.S. platitudes they write to make you think the “Customer Happiness” agents are really there for you. Bottom line, Meta offers Creator Studio which has better features and is completely free. Why pay a fortune for this app that is glitchy, still requires you to manually post things and doesn’t care for their customers, only for profit. This app is part of the problem in the world, not a solution. Terrible ethics, please save yourself and your money by not signing up.

Can’t log out of Facebook

I accidentally logged into the wrong Facebook page and now I can’t change it. I tried everything, even making a new page so I could delete it. I was super excited too :(

Disappointed ☹️

I was all excited for this app; but you can’t connect an account unless it is a business account. If it’s a personal/creator account; you won’t be able to use it unless you convert your personal/creator account to a business one. So sad ☹️

Bad customer service

I was on the paid plan last year bery happy with it and recommended to many friends but out of the blue they decided to shut down all of sudden. I already had 50 posts+ captions carefully made scheduled to post and BAM! All the drafts, gone. (And i was also charged for the month when i only got 3day of service before they shut down.) And no apologies/notifications/emails or nothing. Got email that they are offering paid plans for 6 months for free last week, only to find out oh its only upto aug 31st. I asked for extension on my account bc i didnt use it at all, but no reply for over a week. Need to tale better care of your customers. Its not about the money its about respecting royal customers

Unable to connect to IG

When trying to connect my instagram there is an error.

GUARANTEED TO LOSE ALL OF YOUR CONTENT

Every time they update you lose all of the content that you’ve set up on multiple pages! They just don’t care at all. Smh This is the most frustrating post planning app.

Bugs that need to be fixed

I used to love Apphi but recently the Instagram button isn’t working. It just takes me to Facebook and tells me I need an IG business page (which I already have). It’s like a loop and it needs to be fixed

Cannot actually auto post

So frustrating let me make a schedule to AUTOPOST but it just sent me notifications about “it’s time to post post manually now” like if I had the time I would have just posted it myself not let some random company have my logins and do absolutely nothing honestly very much so a waste of my time

Don’t buy the subscription

I bought the one year subscription to use the advanced features to promote my business. Apphi has since changed what accounts they are allowed to post to, making the account that I have unable to use their services. They refused to offer any money back or partial refund even though they can no longer provide the services I bought the subscription for. They deactivated my account after I said I would leave a review reflecting the poor customer service I experienced. It’s a complete waste of money in my opinion and their services will change without warning, beware.

Annoyed

So when I schedule a post I want it to post automatically I don’t want to go back in and do it myself that’s the purpose of me setting it up. 🙄😩

I used to love this app

This app does not allow schedule posting to Instagram from a private account. You can only post from accounts tied to Facebook. You need to update what this app can and can’t do as I used to use this app all the time and since you updated it and came back I can no longer use it. My private account isn’t tied to Facebook so this app is useless now.

I really miss the auto-post feature

I used to really love this app. It did everything all the other post planning apps did, but the biggest seller for me was that it would post for you. One day it disappeared from the face of the earth. Now it’s back, but still no auto posts. There is literally nothing to set it apart from the other apps at this point. So disappointed.

Paid me only £55 refund from a yearly £300

Joke of a company. Bought it in lockdown for the year and didn’t work for 3 months. I try contacting them everyday and go no reply for 3 extra months. In this time The app was still not working! I hope they get done for stealing peoples money. £55 refund out of £300. What a joke. And still won’t reply to my messages

Great app until it wasn’t

Was the perfect app for managing a ton of different accounts at the same time but then out of nowhere it fell off the face of the earth and stole all of its user’s money. I still haven’t gotten mine back and have been trying to get into contact with their support since July to no avail. These guys had it all, now they’re just scammers.

This has been phenomenal up until today (updated from 3 stars)

I love being able to use this app for when I am running my business page and I love how I can still schedule out and be reminded to manually post when I’ve reached my maximum posts. However, today I went to check the app since I have one scheduled for 7:30 am every day and there was no notification or reminder to post. I currently can’t log into my account or access any of my posts that I’ve input. I’ve attempted to download the app on a different device but it pops up as not available in my area? I’m hoping this issue is resolved since I have put numerous hours of work into pre-scheduling. UPDATE: It now requires a Facebook page to connect your Instagram so I created a page to attempt to get the multitude of hours of work I put in back. I finally got access to post to my Instagram but the hundreds of posts that I had scheduled out are not there. If you are looking for a good scheduling app, search elsewhere. I’ve found Planoly works so much better and it has not ghosted me this far!

Once A great App

This app was so great with managing different platforms at one time. You could sign into different social accounts and didn’t to log in through facebook. Now it requires you to log in through facebook to connect your instagram which is ridiculous. I am not a fan of facebook and don’t use it, so for me is a waste of time now that i have to use facebook to log in, and then still not even be able to add any other social media accounts. Even after logging in! I manage an instagram account for my job, in addition to my own and this app used to help me so much. I had a paid account and waited patiently after this group just disappeared, with no notice, for months to return. Only for them to come back with less features and complications. Bring back the previous features! that is what made the app great and brought so many people to it.

Crooks

I paid for their premium service, set up a month of posts in advance, then totally without warning, or indeed any message after the fact, their service became unusable. Their website turned into a Google Form entitled “Under maintenance”...and that was it. No response to the form, no response to emails, not even an email to explain what had happened. Two months later they email me saying “oh sorry about that we’re back, fancy sticking with us?”. What do you think? It’s totally unacceptable, and actually unforgivable, to leave your customers hanging high and dry. I feel conned. I’ve moved to Later, where The feature may be fewer but at least I feel assured there are human beings behind it.

Scam!!!

I purchased your social media services for a year and just days after i payed you all $360, your website and social media accounts disappeared from the internet! Your app stopped working and it appears that i was scammed and yall ran off with my money! On top of that, it came back free with less features .......I WANT MY F🤬CKN MONEY BACK!!!

THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD

I cancel the service and they still charge a full year of service even when I cancel the service in advance and told me sorry is nothing we can do, we don’t do refunds. Even when the company policy is to refund if the request is made within 7 days after purchase and I request the refund the same day they charged my card. After they steal my money and the money of many users the app disappear for months. lThey just came back, please be careful.

From great to worst to thieves

I have an instagram account with 65K followers and we promote local business on it. We had all our posts scheduled on this app and all of a sudden they disappeared. They simply deactivated their social media, removed the app from the App Store and deactivated their website. There was no way to contact them. We went to Twitter and to our surprise a lot of people were in the same situation. There were people that had 100 clients accounts with posts scheduled for the next couple months and their posts simply vanished as they had no way to access the app. Some people had paid 1 year in advanced and lost their money. We were on a monthly plan so we immediately canceled it. However, the damage was done. We lost a lot of good clients because of Apphi. After a lot of research my best guess is that instagram discontinued their Legacy API and that messed them up due to their lack of planning and in turn they turned our lives upside down without notice. We tired to contact the owner but he does not reply. Now they are back with little to no features and with no excuse other than we give you 3 months for free. What a joke! Please be aware that if you place your business in their hand you will end up disappointed. They really don’t care and they can at any moment vanish with your money and content and quite possibly get your social accounts blocked.

Super scammy, no response for refund request

Paid $150 for the annual and immediately the app stopped instagram support for months. Requested a refund, no response. The app came back with no Instagram and when they did come back with Instagram it forces you to tie to a Facebook account so needless to say, this app has no business use for me and I still haven’t got my money back. It’s time to report it to PayPal.

So update from my last review.... You updated the app, great cool. It no longer says that Instagram is under maintenance. But it will only let me try and sign in through Facebook but won’t actually link the account cause after I do it, it tells me that my Instagram isn’t a business account. That’s very confusing, I have been using this app since 2016 and I never needed any special Instagram for this app to work. I have never paid to use this app as well, so I hope that’s not going to now be a thing. I’m really hoping you are able to get this fixed and working again. I miss this app. It was so amazing and it just stopped working and it’s been a couple of months now!!!! Reviewed September 22nd 2020 gave 3 stars! I have been using this app for years now and have been loving it. But it has like completely stopped working in the last month. I can’t even sign in to Instagram anymore. It won’t let me do anything. I really hope you get it fixed soon!!!!!! I miss this app!!!!

WORST APP EVER

The free version only gives you so many posts a month so I upgraded and now its not letting me log in at all. It’s been 4 weeks and I contacted them twice and never heard back. HORRIBLE.

Under maintenance

I purchased this app because it was recommended in someone’s YouTube video as one of their favorite apps and I personally really liked it as I was going to really start working on my Instagram feed and this app helped me visualize what I wanted before posting. However, an update has been made and I cannot get into the app because it says it’s under maintenance. It’s been about a month or two and I’m about to cancel my subscription.

Not working at all

2 weeks the app hasn’t been working for. Unable to log into Facebook or Instagram and saw that someone else is having the same issue. Been trying to get hold of someone but it is impossible. 2 weeks! I have payed for a yearly subscription a month ago and it can’t even do what it’s suppose to. There desktop app isn’t working either! Look for a better scheduling app!

Posts keep failing

I have linked this to insta and Twitter but it keeps failing to post. Avoid at all cost. No customer service.

This app stole money from me. Be very careful!

App charged me 30 USD which is the pricing for the PRO plan. However even tho I was paying that, I wasn’t getting access to the full set of features. When I inquired through customer service about the issue, I was given the same one sentence explanation that the app gave me. “My plan didn’t include these features, and that I would have to upgrade to a full plan” It wasn’t until multiple email exchanges that it was made clear to me that even tho I was indeed paying 30 USD dollars to Apphi (which is there PRO “full” Plan) my account was some how set up under a different account called a (PLUS plan) this plan is not on there pricing page on their website, I have never heard of this plan before and this was the first time I was made aware of it. I have asked them to rectify this situation but they will not. I don’t think they are intentionally trying to scam people, but I do believe this is a company/product that will refuse to accept admit any mishaps/wrong doing. So please! If you’re going to use this app, keep an eye out. Don’t expect this company or the customer service to have your back or even be particularly helpful.
