So I did that, and went through all the fuss of signing up and finding my item to order again within the app. But NO DISCOUNT WAS APPLIED when placing my order. And nowhere was it obvious how to get the discount, or whether you had to enter a code. Totally dishonest marketing just to get you to download the app. Very disappointing.\n\nResponse received from Developer - here’s my reply to that:\nThis was my first time downloading the app, so that should mean that I qualified for the discount. There was no discount banner to click on, nor did I click on any other banners in the app. I did add a product to my basket, but no discount appeared when that happened. I also searched the internet for other people’s experiences of the advertised discount, to see if it was just me. Sure enough, other people have also experienced the same as me - no discount offered within the app. So the advertising is dishonest. My rating therefore remains the same.","authorHash":"152aa067ffd0fe6db2608486f48aeb8b","rating":1,"offTopic":false},{"id":"37830c1a-cc79-4987-bd7d-9e8759972212","excerpt":"Redbubble - Shop original art — Misleading — The 20% off your order when you download the app seemed enticing so I did that.
