If I highlight a paragraph of text, random words and letters switch around, leaving sentences garbled and illegible. \n2. Formatting: If I bold or highlight a word or a phrase, sometimes the whole sentence will change. I then have to manually fix that, and sometimes the formatting will revert to being messed up or will simply disappear. \n3. Additionally, if I bold something, there is now a huge space that appears between that line and the one above it. This update ruined the format of some of my other notes, and looks terrible when I try to export notes with typing as a PDF. \n4. When editing a text box, the formatting button appears in the middle of the box and blocks text I'm actively trying to edit. It only goes away if I resize the box so it moves. Not a huge deal but annoying. \n5. Crashes constantly, multiple times a day. If I had a dollar for every time this app crashed, I could pay off my student loans. \n\nI'm very close to switching to another app and would not recommend this app to anyone. A friend of mine recently started school and I had to warn her about how terrible this app has become. Don't get invested like I am, where most of my notes are on this absolute nightmare of an app (that I pay for). Save your money and go elsewhere.\n\nUpdated Review: Updated my app as recommended, still all the same issues as always no fixes. They introduce a bunch of new features but don't do anything to make the basic features of the app usable. In fact, I think the app itself is great, which is what makes this so frustrating. But no matter how good the features are, reliability has to come first. If I can't trust that my notes will be there when I need them — or trust that I'll receive help when something goes wrong — then I can't recommend the product for anything truly important. Overall, writing causes strange visual glitches now that were never there before, and the usability of the app has been massively degraded.
