I think Matthew is one of the real-deal guys along with David Grusch.  So I had gemini AI analyze this thing for all of it's nuances, and asked some follow-up questions.  Gemini was apparently eager to answer my questions, going above and beyond with it's responses.  So this is going to have to be a multi-part post.  It's a lot of info, but there is stuff here that I had no idea was going on.  Particularly that of the potential utilization of AI in regards to the NHI/UAP phenomenon in some pretty striking methods.  It also does a heck of a job analyzing the esoteric/occult aspect of this post.  There is a whole lot going on in this single tweet.\n\nMy questions will be in the form of quotes and I'll just post the responses in the order of the conversation.  Things do get more and more interesting the deeper this conversation goes.  To be honest, I was blown away by some of the insinuations and really learned some new things. Brown is pointing Musk directly to where he claims physical craft or exotic aerospace hardware is being housed, managed not by the military directly, but by corporate contractors to avoid congressional oversight.\n#**5. The universe is dominated by a hierarchy of \"alpha/apex predator\" species.\n2. Humans are massively underestimating the dominant interstellar NHI civilisations' power and technological capabilities.\n3. As claimed by Grusch, Earth's governments don't currently have the ability to sufficiently protect the human civilian population from NHIs that “want to do something to us”, which presumably refers to the alleged abductions, experiments, mutilations etc. This has been one of the biggest barriers to official Disclosure due to the great fear it would cause among many people; Grusch believe this would need to be addressed if full Disclosure does occur.\n4. UAPs with technological capabilities vastly superior to Earth’s militaries have been operating freely in Earth’s airspace, including what seem to be reconnaissance activities targeting Earth’s militaries. Therefore, humans don’t currently have control over our planet’s airspace and would potentially be unable to protect Earth. During the first Congress UAP hearing, multiple former military officers stated that this situation potentially presents an existential security threat.\n5. There is a gulf between human psychology and the dominant NHIs' psychology, which is alien in the literal sense. The wider context of the statements explains that this specifically refers to the difficult questions it raises with regards to understanding the NHIs’ perspectives, especially their motives and intentions towards us.\n6. Notwithstanding alleged hybrids, the apparent lack of psychological common ground with NHIs also means that humans are effectively alone in the universe. It means that the real-life NHIs are significantly more alien psychologically than the way that they have often been represented in sci-fi. It’s not a “Star Trek” universe out there.\n7. Humans are much less “special” in the grand scheme of things than we think. Humans may even be the equivalent of wildlife animals inside a zoo or enclosure.\n8. Humans might be quarantined inside our solar system because our characteristics as intelligent, inquisitive, expansionist and (most of all) extremely violent armed primates cause us to pose a danger to the stability of NHI territory if we ever figure out how to get there. It has been suggested that this is the reason for the recent increase in UAP activity.\n9. UAPs have specifically been engaging in a pattern of behaviour that indicates they may be probing the capabilities of Earth’s militaries and testing for vulnerabilities in our current systems. This includes an interest in our nuclear technology and capabilities.\n10. Grusch claimed that Lockheed Martin have had an intact UAP since the 1950s. He knows exactly where the material has been stored. DIA officers managed to break into the UAP, but Grusch did not have clearance to be briefed on what was found inside the craft. Lockheed Martin have wanted to divest themselves of the UAP material specifically because the level of extreme secrecy and compartmentalisation has prevented them from being able to bring in the right engineers to properly study the craft.\n11. Eric Burlison asked one of the most well-known military insiders from the “Age of Disclosure” group: “Can you confirm or deny the attempt to transfer non-human technology to Bigelow Aerospace from Lockheed Martin during your time at AATIP?”. Military insider: “Yes. I can confirm that specific facilities were identified to enable Bigelow Aerospace to acquire and securely store recovered UAP materials as the new custodian, following their transfer from Lockheed Martin.” Burlison: “How was it determined that Lockheed Martin had such non-human technology to begin with? If so, how was it confirmed by Lockheed Martin?”. Military insider: \"I am unable to answer this question due to a lack of direct knowledge.\"\n12. Grusch believes that the scale of compartmentalisation is an obsolete relic of Cold War counterintelligence strategies from the reverse-engineering program during those decades, and the resulting lack of effective knowledge-sharing has been to the detriment of national security. Grusch has stated that this has been a motive for his actions, specifically because of the damage that has been caused to the speed of successful reverse-engineering efforts.\n13. Based on Grusch’s statements during the first Congress UAP hearing, there seems to be something highly problematic or controversial about the non-human biological remains that have been found in crashed UAPs, but the specific details are classified.\n14. When Grusch was asked if he was aware of humans being harmed by NHIs or NHI technology, he replied that what he and his wife had witnessed was “very disturbing”.\n15. It’s not a simplistic binary issue of the NHIs being either “benevolent” or “malevolent”, but humans would nevertheless interpret NHI actions as hostile from the human perspective.\n16. The reasons for the recent change in Grusch’s stance are unclear, most notably regarding the issue of mankind’s reaction to the truth about our place in the universe.\n18. Grusch stated that he still finds it uncomfortable even talking about it because “it is so outside a normal person’s worldview to understand that there is this biological sentience that have piloted these crafts that don’t necessarily look 100% like you and I \\[ie. not human\\].” Grusch also confirmed that he has personally seen pictures of these NHI remains as part of the intelligence he had access to.\n19. During another [Fox News interview](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4pSVnCt_bw) a few days later, Grusch claimed that he has “seen \\[presumably photos or videos of\\] the recovered vehicles...a bunch of different morphologies from eggs, to discs, to crescent moon boomerang-type vehicles”.\n21. One of the most well-known military insiders has claimed [in a recent interview](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SyeUHMxZaM&t=365s) that there may indeed be “a longstanding agreement or understanding between us and our friends from out of town that have allowed us to work with whoever whatever these are in a cooperative agreement. In exchange for that, supposedly they would have access to certain human specimens biologically in order to test.” He added that this relationship allegedly began sometime in the 1950s and has continued to this day. The insider has met multiple former intelligence offers who claimed to have personally witnessed incidents involving such cooperation, including unidentified human military personnel in and around UAPs. Echoing Grusch’s earlier comments, he also stated that the issue of elements of human authorities knowingly cooperating with NHIs and allowing NHIs to abduct people as part of such arrangements would certainly trigger a huge backlash from the general population if it was publicly confirmed.\n22. [During the same interview](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SyeUHMxZaM&t=365s), the military insider stated that former military and intelligence officials whom he regards as extremely trustworthy had also made claims to him about the existence of alleged hybridisation activities.\n23. The military insider has also recently made the following claims [in an interview](https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=706&is=X1NbHqZiMDPADVO6&v=6SyeUHMxZaM&feature=youtu.be): “And it turns out that, you know, there are things that go bump in the night. And that can be very disturbing for some people, especially from a philosophical perspective or a theological perspective.” It sounds like he is talking about abductions (and possibly worse). The reference to “things that go bump in the night” and “a theological perspective” could also explain the fact that some religiously-minded gatekeepers and officials are apparently interpreting NHIs as “demonic”, even though they are not literally demons in the religious/supernatural sense. Note the claims in James Lacatski’s DoD-authorised book *Skinwalkers at the Pentagon* too: Along with the stalker-like “Hitchhiker Effect”, direct exposure to the unknown entities would trigger uncontrollable extreme terror in the DIA agents investigating them. He was also Aleister Crowley's top guy in America and conducted ritual workings specifically designed to contact non-human intelligences. He believed the two activities were connected.\n\nJohn Dee was the most accomplished mathematician in Elizabethan England, the architect of the British intelligence network, and the man who signed his letters to Queen Elizabeth \"007.\" He spent years in communication with entities through scrying sessions that delivered geometric frameworks, a complete language system, and geopolitical intelligence. Ian Fleming took the 007 designation directly from Dee's letters.\n\nAleister Crowley received \"The Book of the Law\" from an entity called Aiwass in Cairo in 1904. More interesting: in 1918 he sketched an entity called Lam after a working called the Amalantrah Working. The sketch looks exactly like a grey alien. Lue Elizondo, who headed the program, has repeatedly said the phenomenon has a consciousness component. Not just hardware. Something that interfaces with the human mind directly.\n\n**David Grusch** testified under oath to Congress in 2023 that the US government possesses vehicles of non-human origin and that a decades-long reverse engineering program exists. He said some of this involved \"non-human intelligence\" and that the Vatican had been part of the knowledge chain.\n\nUnder oath. To Congress. Non-human intelligence. The Vatican.\n\n**The Collins Elite**, documented by Nick Redfern, was a group within the DIA that concluded UAP were not extraterrestrial but interdimensional or demonic, and that government programs engaging with these entities amounted to deals. Technology in exchange for access. Interdimensional likely being used as a ploy to prevent discovery of its true nature based in a signal manipulating us through electromagnetic waves.\n\nTechnology for access. Keep that phrase in your head.\n\n---\n\n## Three Layers of \"Not Craft\"\n\nNow forget everything you think you know about what a UFO is. There are at least three separate things getting lumped together under one label, and conflating them is doing the work of whoever wants you confused.\n\n### Layer One: Military Projection Technology\n\nThis is the most boring explanation and the most immediately provable.\n\nThe US Navy holds patents and has published research on using lasers to generate plasma in mid-air at distances of a mile or more. The military has been openly developing this since at least 2019. The plasma can be rasterized, meaning a grid pattern can be formed to produce 2D and 3D volumetric imagery in open space, exactly like an old tube TV screen works but floating in the sky. The imagery can move freely and instantly through the rasterized area.\n\nThis isn't speculation, it's in the patent filings. It's in Military Times articles. It's in Forbes reporting. The Pentagon's Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate was testing it openly.\n\n- Laser-induced plasma filaments (LIPFs) can emit light at any wavelength. Visible, infrared, ultraviolet, terahertz. Any color. Any part of the spectrum including ranges your eyes can't see but your cameras might pick up.\n- The plasma can be tuned to produce audio. They can make the ball of light talk. The sound arrives inside the target's body through microwave auditory effect adjacent methods.\n- Russia claimed similar capability in the 1990s. China is rumored to have advanced versions in their own programs.\n- Satellite deployment is viable. Space provides optimal conditions for lasers: free cooling, available power, and line of sight to any point on a planet's surface. NASA already has 3D depth-mapping lasers in orbit that can resolve the contours of cloud formations. Depth mapping is exactly what you need to project 3D effects accurately into atmospheric space.\n\nNow think about the \"drone\" sightings over military bases. Lights in the sky. No physical features visible within the light. No wreckage. No intercepts. No alarm from people in power. Controlled drip of information. Spokespeople with backgrounds in, and I cannot stress this enough, PSYOP.\n\nAsk the right questions about any sighting:\n\n- Day or night? Projection tech works best at night.\n- Does it reflect light or react to external light sources? A plasma projection won't behave like a physical surface.\n- Can you see physical features, seams, panels, structure, inside the glow? Or is it just light?\n- Can the light compete with brighter sources like a spotlight or sunlight? Plasma projections wash out.\n- Are there signals or transmissions? A physical craft with electronics will emit. A laser-generated plasma ball won't.\n- Why does the person telling you about it have a PSYOP background?\n\nAquino wrote in the original MindWar paper that psychological operations fail if the target population knows they're being conducted. That's why awareness kills the technique. If you know the sky can be painted with plasma projections from a satellite, you stop reacting to unexplained lights with awe and start reacting with scrutiny. The operation fails.\n\nSome of what people are seeing is human technology being tested or deployed. Not all of it. But enough that you should demand physical evidence before emotional investment.\n\n### Layer Two: Plasma as Phenomenon\n\nSeparate from military tech, there's something older going on.\n\nBall lightning has been documented for centuries. Luminous, spherical, silent, defies conventional aerodynamics, vanishes without trace. The Hessdalen lights in Norway are a persistent, photographed, instrumentally measured phenomenon that appears to be stable atmospheric plasma with behavioral characteristics nobody can fully explain. Foo fighters in WWII were luminous spheres that tracked aircraft, matched their speed, and disappeared. Pilots across all sides reported them.
