The fees are ridiculous and even though I have auto checkout turned OFF some appointments still get auto checked out. These are just a handful of issues I have had recently. When Im trying to find a stylist and a salon, I can't because it's mostly kitchen beauticians. And unless we actually know each other, I'd rather not go to someone's home to get my hair done. It's not safe. For the prices these stylists want to charge, I want to go to an actual salon and get full service instead of being required to do half the work myself.  That aside, the messaging part of the app is so slow making response times terrible. Also, navigating the individual stylists page should be easier.
