It creates a frustrating experience for my customers, and I’ve received multiple complaints. I’ve also shared videos that customers sent us. The only response I’ve received after inquiring was: “It might be best to instruct your users to use the wishlist feature through the browser on their mobile phones until this bug is fixed.” It’s been almost two months now. Edit: 4 months later, still nothing. I don't they've even bothered to look at this issue. If a simple can't be fixed, it beats to have an app at all. I've taken their recommendation and have instructed all of my customers to use the online website for the near future until we find a better app builder. There's no way to refresh the app (no long swipe down) so you have to force close and reopen which sometimes fixes the problem. If you go into the view collection area of the app and play with the sorting feature it will sometimes provide an accurate view of the site in certain sort (best selling, a-z, etc) selections but not in others. I've gone round and round with Tapcart about this and they always blame shopify cache/api. If you are a shop that doesn't sell out or change product collections frequently, tapcart will be just fine. It's not a good look for my company as it's already annoying customers and we aren't even selling as quickly as we usually do. This means that just before your launch, you have to frantically make the products active then rush to add the links to all the designs you've created. 2. While shopping using major apps like Zara or Mango, there's the ability to browse similar items just below the main product. I think this feature should be basic for a mobile app provider. 3. The design modules need way more features and types of modules. 4. When creating your push notification, you can't edit. If you spell something wrong or want a team member to review copy before sending, you gotta start over if changes are needed. 5. Overall, I think TapCart should be more consistent in releasing new features. We've rebuilt our website with specific partners that they recommend for their integration partners to have a seamless app and website experience only to get to the end and find out that the MOST major components don't work. I could go on and on. If you have a smaller catalog or need a very basic user experience, you can probably make this app work at a price.
