I have sent screenshots, videos, and NO ONE is even attempting to resolve the issue!!! I’ve done every type of trouble shoot there is, delete re add, tried a different phone, computer, cleared cache etc.! Nothing is working and it takes someone more than 48 hours for anyone to respond!! I’m being threatened that my payments are unpaid, fees are adding up, and now I can be sent to collections!!!! I’ve asked multiple times for the issue to be escalated, asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor, asked multiple times what number could I call for assistance!!!! NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!
