There is no mention that checking the details of your client will count towards your count! I asked for my count back and they said no. \n\nThis was their strike three with me. These had so many bugs in the past that I had endure all while they increase their prices from £5 to £20 a month. It’s all been a bit too much for me using this app.\n\nAlways saying no to my reasonable requests. Never helping me through. Customer services seem to have no control whatsoever. So I’m done. After 4 years of being a paying customer, I can’t deal with it anymore.\n\nSort out your invoice count system. It’s not fair on your client if I don’t know how it works. There should be a message to confirm before using a count as each invoice count is basically £3.\n\nTerrible experience. The representative kept going back and forth with a manager who ultimately refused to approve the discount for me, despite my clear situation and the active promotion. It felt like they didn’t care at all about retaining customers or offering any reasonable solution. I wasted three months of my time setting this up for nothing.\n\nQuickBooks may work for some, but based on my experience, they lack proper customer support, flexibility, and empathy. I do not recommend this service to anyone.
