When I tried to link by bank account after it unllinked due their error.. they had had a cloud STORAGE problem ..it failed for four days..and then after I sent an email to the company notifying them of their issue I login to the account, that I’ve used since 2016, and our money is completely frozen. They blame me. What a joke.  I get a snide remark from them saying that they sent me two emails and that I never responded. Do not use these people if you’re a small business and you need your funds. Their money to go account is worthless. Do not use it. Now they have cut off Stripe altogether. This business is trash and if you use it you will soon learn why I wrote this. I never write these things but this is stealing. It just is. No customer service to speak with just India emails. Cancel and go to Square. Wish I had done that all along. Square can write contracts and so much more than this app. Cheaper and square accepts cash app, after pay, and many others. Move to square and teach this company that their customers come first.
