We also tried contacting Invoice to go through every avenue and eventually received a half hearted apology from some disgruntled rep over the phone, but otherwise was completely ignored.\n\nThey also significantly increase the price of subscription after your second year, sort of like a drug dealer in an attempt to get you dependant.   \n\nThe new “cloud” based system is painfully slow and confusing. I actually turned this feature off as I felt it was a rip off. I’m still trying to figure out what warrants an increase of £230 within 12months. \n\nAs you can imagine I’m not renewing and instead have installed Quickbooks which even when there introduction price finishes is only £11.99 per month. There is no obvious change other than potentially a few extra templates, and bugfixes than what was on it back then.\n\nIt was unfortunate to lose a large chunk of my accounting history - lucky invoices were always bcc’d to an email.\n\nWant value?  Better off looking somewhere else.
