I tried opening the app yesterday to track my trip…Forget tracking my trip, the entire app itself wouldn’t even work. It crashed probably 15 times. Three before I updated the app and an unreasonable amount of times after I updated the app. Needless to say the app never worked and kept crashing. I tried for like 15 min. Way too long and totally unreasonable for the customer. I wasn’t able to even use the feature that I pay for every month. I have an iPhone 15 pro… There is no reason this app should not be working on my device. It’s hard paying over $100/month for an app to make business life more efficient and have to open up Quickbooks through a browser to get it to work. App needs work increasing reliability. When it works it’s awesome, I’ve wasted far too much time trying to resolve this situation. Apple and Quickbooks have updated many times between hoping it would be fixed.
