I’ve had to manually update every customer to revert back to the old template, as setting a default template does not apply properly. On top of that, copying and sending invoices frequently results in errors and failed sends.\n\nThe experience has become so frustrating that I have not been able to send invoices this past week, and I can no longer send them on-site after completing a job as I previously could.\n\nQuickBooks has always had its issues, but this update has made the platform unworkable. Ironically, it has pushed me to switch to Xero.\n\nAll that was needed to retain me as a customer was “to do nothing”.
