We record our calls for transparency and I could not get anyone working at stripe to assist me In submitting this evidence to support my claim. They literally have videos about disputes and a portal that you can only upload limited evidence  through with zero customer service interaction or help. They will happily collect money from you through transaction fees but are nowhere to be found when you want to send evidence of legitimate transaction where customers have the good or service you provide and want a refund anyway. They even charge you a fee to submit evidence for a dispute ontop of guaranteeing a customer will get a refund by providing lack of support and charging another transaction fee ontop of the originally charged one.
