Customer service claims that the item never shipped from the parts warehouse because of incorrect label information, however it managed to travel across the country to a city north of me.I have signed up for alerts regarding delivery status changes and received none. The parts warehouse has not shipped a replacement, because UPS shoes the original out for delivery. Customer service was horrible, the AI automated loop is infuriating and of no help. I took the revise and only accepted one order at a time in my account still got deactivated. Let me tell you something about this place. Their customer service is horrible. There is no forgiveness. If you’re late,  they put all the pressure on you even if a customer takes forever to answer about a replacement. What a horrible establishment why would you deactivate someone’s account a month after you hire them you think you give them a chance at least. I one month isn’t a chance I hope you guys learn from all this. You’re just a number that’s it. Ship is not classy at all.
