At this point, it felt like I was receiving automated responses rather than having my issue actually addressed.\n\nWhat makes the situation even more frustrating is that I continued receiving offers for additional cleaning jobs, but I stopped accepting them because I had not been paid for the work I had already completed.\n\nOn the last job I performed, the company removed the job and refused payment, claiming that something had not been cleaned. I provided photographs as proof of the work and responded to the concerns that were raised. When additional questions were brought up, I sent another set of photos showing the requested proof. After that, communication stopped completely.\n\nI have made multiple attempts to resolve this professionally and provide the documentation requested, yet I still have not been paid.
